Very clean, welcoming staff with great finds every time.

Very welcoming environment. People to talk to and groups to join. Lots of information on events. Great if your new to the city or just looking to meet more people like yourself.

Two of the staff member's from here our not very knowledgeable enough to help me when I was homeless. I had to sleep in a park in a Bush behind a hotel for two weeks and four days. One of the staff member's even told me to sleep the side of the street when I was offered a pillow and blanket and asked for my social insurance number she than writes it down In her black little book. I had to change my social Insurance numbers due to FRAUD. Government of Canada told me the name of this person. It was one of the staff members in this Organization. who refused me housing or a hotel when I was homeless. Now I am living with (PTSD) post traumatic stress disorder now.

An amazing space, great groups, useful resources, and friendly staff. Need LGBT-positive services, these people know where they are, if they don't provide them themselves.... Terrible couches in the drop-in space though.

Supposed to be friendly and welcoming. Absolutely no help and made me feel very uncomfortable. Little to no information provided about the products I was attempting to purchase and absolutely no care that they were not helping. My fiance sent an email to the woman who apparently runs it asking and reaching out for help, what their supposed to be their for and she never even bother to get back to her. If my phone would let me rate it lower I would in a heartbeat.

It's a nice space for LGBT youth, however it felt like it wasn't very sociable because most of the youth is just staring at their phones and tablets.....

I called one time when i was in a pretty dark place. Even though the staff member I was looking for wasn't available, the person who answered was able to spend the time to listen, really hear me and help me out.I also really appreciate the social groups and the counselling team that I have got to meet.

Welcoming community, generally fun!

Tried on binders for the first time this week. The people here were very helpful and gave me tips on how to properly wear a binder. I put my name down and am very excited to get my first one! Thank you guys :)
