Terrible customer service, Deb has the personality of a stump and they tend not to answer on a timely fashion. Good luck ever getting a hold of anyone over the phone, and if you get denied, don't even waste your time with them again. Tried to reason with them and offer solutions, all I ever got was an email from a different employee who just said the same thing and then never replied to my later emails. Screw this company, I already wasn't impressed with how they sounded and the way they went about business. Also from what I hear, they're quite controlling over their tenants, even though their tenants literally OWN their homes. You can't even put in an air conditioner without them making it a huge deal. For the land lease, though still not too bad, it is still a bit over priced considering they aren't responsible for anything with the homes, just the property maintenance. The area is nice, but the people who run it aren't.
