Quantum Properties Inc.

Unfortunately a very poor company and builder. We moved into a quantum properties development. It was brand new and we are original owners. On our possession date, we arrived to find a disgustingly dirty place inside an out - construction dust, dirt, paint splatter, cobwebs everywhere. The home looked completely abandoned. Further, the “landscaped yard” was nothing more than an over saturated mud pit of mosquitos. And...sadly, that is not all - on top of all the regular issues with sloppy painting and installation of trim throughout the home, the flooring we paid an extra premium for (when other buyers actually got this for free!) was put down unevenly (uneven subfloor - so bad a bookcase wont stand against the wall- with sloppily installed baseboards. The sink in the en suite is also a major issue. The minute water touched it, split right down the middle. No problem - we have a home warranty, right? NOPE - Quantum is refusing to fix anything or honour their commitments and promises. Instead, they decide to blame us and even call contractors liars to their faces. They even had the audacity to tell us that ‘because sinks do not break, there couldn’t possibly be an issue’ and that it must have been us who purposefully wrecked it - this without even bothering to come out and inspect it... this is categorically untrue - in fact, the issue appears to be a sloppy installation job, with bolts over tightened. I understand that money and profits matter, but this company has made it clear that people do not. Actually, the one nice thing we thought they did was provide a lovely gift basket to welcome us to our new home.... that was until we opened it - everything inside was mouldy, rotten and over a year past its expiration date. A real lovely touch that has pretty much typified our experience. When I mentioned this to them, they told me they would “look into it and make sure that mouldy food wasn’t given to anyone else”, but certainly didn’t bother replacing ours.As a side note, I did not want to post this review. I have sought out the developer and their marketers to share my story in hopes of some kind of resolution, but am consistently told that no one will speak with me. I have hoped for some kind of action, caring or thought, but am realizing that this is not forthcoming... so I am warning others.I am also sure that many have decent experiences with Quantum, and that Quantum has their side of the story here, but they have certainly let us down and left us with some unexpectedly large bills to make our brand new home livable. Mostly, it is just too bad that our new place could not have been handed to us with care and respect - I figure we deserved at least that much.

Unprofessional people working here. They asked us to fill out rental application to be able to view a unit in Port Coquitlam. After the viewing, Meghan, Jen's assistant asked to call our references. 9 different references were called that day meanwhile she was reviewing multiple other applications and calling other applicant's references.They have no sense of respect for applicants and their references time and are working on multiple different applications at one time to ensure maximum profitability for their firm.very unethical negligent management!

Jennifer hogrebe has been the most helpful agent at Quantum and has been through thick and thin with me as a rental tenant for close to 9 years.My apartment caught fire and sadly ended our relationship from rental manager and tenant, but I will always appreciate her help.Thank you for everything

so horrible! I've been trying to find a rental in abbotsford and these people can't even return a phone call. Called 3 times to try and reach Jessica and she never got back to me. If you're looking for a renter DO NOT use this company! They treat tenants/ potential tenants like trash. Very frustrating for someone trying to find a place to LIVE
