Queen Nails

Have had both shellac manicure and pedicure from here now and they did not disappoint. A relaxing experience. The staff are so friendly and hard working. Good prices. I brought my kids with me and they were so sweet and brought them out snacks. Amazing attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

Peter does an amazing job on my toes. I nails are very rounded and the corners dig in but he is very gentle. As a senior I appreciate the care.

I’ve been to a few nail spots in the area and found myself unhappy with the service. Found this place and I am beyond happy. The time and attention Amanda paid while doing my nails was amazing. She did a fantastic job and didn’t rush even though it was past closing time when she was done. Will definitely return.

I will never use this place again, nor would I recommended to anyone! This morning I had called the owner Amanda and asked to get a pedicure done. She booked me in for 130 and I asked her before I confirm if she had non-latex gloves as I am anaphylactic to it she is well aware of this, as I have come for the last three years off and on, she assured me it would be fine. I showed up at 1:20 where I was greeted by Amanda. I sat there for 40 minutes because she had overbooked and when she went to the back and came out with a box that said latex gloves and that’s all she had and she wouldn’t be able to help me. The reason why I am so upset was when I called to confirm the glove should’ve been checked in or as I arrived not letting me sit there for over 40 minutes! All she simply said was sorry, and walked away. To me that is very poor customer skills. Everyone’s time is valuable!

Beautiful interior. Clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful artwork. And, they can do all sorts of designs with the cats eye that I love. Waxing wax perfect pedicure was relaxing. First time there and I WILL be back!!!!! Also, the owner has the most beautiful shrine to Buddha I've e et seen. The whole place is a work of art.

Absolutely amazing. My first time going in as I'm new to the area and queen was recommended to me. I couldn't have asked for better service. The staff was so nice. Great service. This will now be my go to nail salon!

In my opinion if someone books an appointment (in advance), you should be holding that spot for your client. I understand you have a business to run and money to make however, you should implement a fee to hold spots to avoid over booking clients. First come first served basis Should be stated if you’re going to prioritize walk ins. I booked my appointment 3 hours in advance, the lady told me no problem for the time slot, I showed up early to my appointment and waited for OVER a half hour before I decided to leave with no service complete. It was evident they were overbooked and understaffed. Waste of my time.

Will NEVER return. I got a gift card from my husband and son for my birthday. Gift card was purchased on March 23rd for a manicure and pedicure. Today June 16th I went in to get my nails done. After my feet were soaking for 10 minutes Amanda the owner came up to me and told me that the prices have gone up since the gift card was purchased and that I would have to pay the difference. I refused as the card was purchased less than 3 months ago. Then the man doing my pedicure told me I would be charged another 5$ for him to remove my home toe nail polish. I did not agree but he continued to remove the polish anyways. Once my nails were dry and I was on my way out the door Amanda proceeded to call me over and make me pay for the nail polish removal. She made what was supposed to be a nice relaxing nail visit feel very uncomfortable and unhappy. I will not be back.Also 2 other ladies arrived in regards to their pedicure polish coming off and had to have them redone.Horrible place that has gone downhill big time.

Would not recommend unless you have a lot of time on your hands. Just wasted my lunch hour waiting for my scheduled appointment to start — had to give up 20 minutes past the time I had booked since no one was even close to getting started with me.

While I was at the cottage I broke a nail...The worst thing ever because if you read my reviews you will see that I am very happy with my nail tech.On a whim, I came here to get my nails fixed.They suggested an acrylic set which is fine because my nail tech and I use dip and tips which is really an almost 2 hour process.I asked for a thin tip coffin but got more of a squarish.. which was fine because they didn’t look badIt took them a bit to figure out what my nail tech had on my own nails but once they figured it out they had my set on quickly.I prefer longer nails but got a medium length. Not what I had hoped but I wasn’t being picky.Overall it was NOT a bad salon. It was very clean. There were toys for kids. The staff was friendly. They got me an appointment quickly. But this just wasn’t what I would preferI think people with natural nails would have the best experience here. I prefer a flashy long nail and I believe they are better with natural fancy nails.
