Very bad staff service and make us wait for more than 5 min in the billing place. And not friendly at all

Very dissapointed at this location. The (Manager) or whatsoever her position was very rude.I place a order and she was arrogant,rude.not pleasedVery disappointedPlaced a order online and call before I went to the store,should I come and picked up,person answered my call said that yes I can come.When I went Omg I never had this much communication in my life she was so rude over the phone and I was trying to explain her my situation.she said don’t picked up your order and you will get refund in week.Manager need to learn how to communicateSuch a rude personSpoiled my day

I assume this employee ( older female) is the management, does not respect the customer at all. If your kid is trying shoes where there is already a mess then she comes in and start blaming that as if you made this mess..This is a RETAIL. Please smile a bit or have extra people working in the store to clean the mess as you go.

Do NOT order online from this company! The only reason why I gave them one star is that the clothes are so cute and affordable. I made an online order and discovered a few hours later as I was looking at my credit card purchases and discovered that the store changed me twice for the same purchase! I waited until the morning to call customer service and was told that it was the store’s policy to “hold” the second payment to ensure the money would go through. I told them it was illegal charge a customer twice. They said I would be refunded in one week. I was so angry. I phoned the store and advised the manager of what happened. She was surprised and gave me another customer service number. I was told the exact same thing and told them I would start a fraud investigation with my credit card company. I phoned the store manager again to update her and she took more information about my credit card and said my money would be refunded that day. Two hours later it was.

Very dissapointed at this location. The (Manager) or whatsoever her position was very rude. We came inside and found a bunch of sale items on the rack nearby the door and we started browsing when she immediately came after and took the rack out of our site without even excusing herself.After shopping, we fall in line to pay for whatever we got. We waited for almost half an hour in the line, and when it's our turn, that lady(who apparently was the Manager) closed the cashier (that was supposed to serve us)and told us that she's no longer open, so I came back in the line and waited patiently.,then after few minutes the cashier opened up again and tried serving the customer behind me. Like seriously??? I noticed and told them that I was waiting and I am the next one that needs to be served. I came in, and they did not even bother to apologize for what happened.This place needs a new set of good people who can better serve the purpose of being in a retail industry. A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE..Will never gonna visit this location again.

Has some nice clothing but honestly, I've had 3 poor experiences in the past week with this store - 2 in person and 1 on the phone, all of which I experienced really rude customer service. Yes, there are some nice associates there but unfortunately the ones I was dealing with primarily left me feeling like I wanted to never shop here again. Very short, no smiles, and just the bare minimum assistance or commentary you could hope for. On the phone it was almost like they were annoyed I was asking an inventory question and couldn't wait to hang up on me. It was disappointing. Hopefully someone there reads the comments on here and makes some changes with personnel/training to better enhance the customer experience.

I have been shopping in this location for years!First for my own children and now for my nieces.I love the quality of the clothing and if I can't find something, there is always someone to point me in the right direction.The Manger and the team recognize me and always greet me with a smile.Thank you for making my shopping therapy fun! ☺️

No staff to assist in south common outlet. I want to buy one dress for my daughter ,they have that in the back room but only one staff in the shop and she said she can’t leave the shop and go to back room to get the dress. Really bad that running with one staff.

Good place to buy for kids, had been to shop to buy gift. Didn't know much about kids shopping places, but then tried this one and found to be having good variety for one year old and also it did have nice deals going on so was a good time to buy here. Check thos out if you shopping around south common.
