Royale Limo & Chauffeur Services

Royale Limo in Brampton is absolutely horrible. They called me at 11:30am the day before the wedding saying they have a 24 person limo when we asked for a 30 person party bus which was stated in the contract. They told us to bad and we have an hour to decide if we want a 24 person limo and make the full payment. We had 27 people and they did nothing but bail on us. I would not trust this company at all. They have yet to return my deposit and refuse to answer. Please avoid using these untrustworthy people and save yourself the hassle. Also their restaurant food sucks! I will continue to leave bad reviews until they become adults and respond! Hamilton Limo was amazing and so accommodating as they saved our wedding situation. I would recommend Hamilton Limo to anyone!

Great Experience for my wedding. Very organized, great cars at a great rate. Everything was communicated clearly and very professional. They showed up early, the drivers were very helpful and even got us around some bad traffic and we made great time. Highly recommend anyone looking for limo and chauffeur services for their wedding!

We hired Royale limo for our wedding yesterday and the service was great! I had made a mistake with the timing and shuttle service so the owner contacted me and worked with me to accommodate our requests. The bus was beautiful and clean. The sound and light systems were awesome. Both us and our guests were blown away! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Rented the rolls Royce ghost and got amazing service, they arrived 15 before my time and the driver was very proffesional and well mannered

DO NOT USE!!! This company called requesting payment the night before my wedding day - then telling me they are sending a 18 passenger limo bus - when my contract said 30 passenger. I asked why they are sending a 18 - they said because they sold the 30 passenger bus" - the person I was dealing with was sooo rude. Unreal - highly recommend you dont use them"

This was the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. The driver and owner were completely unprofessional. Was over an hour and half late and when I asked why was told because the previous customers were. Thats not my problem..... Then I was treated like trash. Started telling me to pay up front after nothing was already done to what was previously discussed. I couldn't believe the service it was insane the driver was fighting with people at the hotel. an old lady fell onto the bus. The bus was dirty there was no champagne worse limo service ever. The guy barely spoke english. I also told the owner of this establishment i would be writting a review and never using his service again. Trust me its not worth it. From what I experienced don't go with this service go somewhere else. You don't want your big event ruined by these amateur people. Absolutely unreasonable unprofessional owner and staff I wouldn't be surprised if most of these reviews were fake because OMG I'm not kidding it was a nightmare.He has now responded and once again why is it my problem if your previous customer was late... I’m not even sure why it’s being brought up that your driver can’t control a groom that doesn’t pertain to me as my own client. Just save your money for another service ppl!
