This took a minute for me to be able to write in.I would like to thank Dr MandiShe was amazing. Very caring, very understanding of what I was going through with my cat Jazzmin.I felt very comfortable with leaving my princess in her hands.I have never used this type of service before but I believe this is the best way to handle such a difficult time.My Princess came back to me in a very timely manner. Her urn is absolutely beautiful.Thank You guys so much for helping me through this trying time.

I would like to thank Pet Passages for being very nice and understanding. My husband and I have never had a pet cremated. Iam so glad my son found this place for us. Everyone was so nice and caring. We are so appreciative and grateful that we found Pet Passages in Ontario, NY. From the first call to them to picking up our Lilah’s cremains was handled with love, compassion, dignity and respect – not just for us, but much more importantly for Lilah. Andrea and Mike were so caring and kind. I also want to mention and thank Brian who helped transport Lilah from the car to the private viewing room and was extremely caring and gentle with her. They are pet lovers themselves and it shows in everything they do. They never rushed us and let us spend as much time in our last moments with her as we wanted. The facility is beautiful and peaceful as well as being very professional and proficient. They have a tracking system to ensure you receive your pet’s cremains, which they completed and had her back to us with a couple of days. Having the option to get a clay imprint of her paw as well as the other special touches they provide – nose and paw prints - was priceless to us. When I picked her up, I decided to purchase an urn, and have it engraved – which they do right on site and only took a few minutes. I am so glad I did. It is beautiful. Dealing directly with Pet Passages showed us that there is an invaluable service for our four-legged family members that can help you through a difficult time in such a caring, dignified and compassionate way. We used Pet Passages in conjunction with Lap of Love when we had to put our beloved dog down. From start to finish, everything was truly wonderful (as wonderful as it can be in that moment!). Pet Passages kept their portal updated so we knew the status of everything, and delivered our sweet girl back to us in a wonderful engraved box. We would highly recommend their services.

We can't say enough good things about our experience at Pet Passages in Ontario. We were devastated by the passing of our beloved dog and the people there were so compassionate , caring, professional and patient. They made the process so easy during such a difficult time. They have such a calming and tranquil environment there as well. We highly recommend them to every pet owner when that sad, but inevitable time comes.

The process was very quick, and I was able to follow along and know exactly when my fur-baby would be back home. He arrived well-packaged, complete with paw and nose prints, kind words and an absolutely gorgeous, engraved, dark-walnut box. I have had several of my beloved pets cremated at Pet Passages. They treat your pet as well as yourself with love and respect through the whole process. You are constantly informed all through the process. I high recommend Pet Passages.

Highly highly highly recommend this company. My girl passed away a month ago and my vet chose this service for me because I couldn’t do it myself at the time. I’m so glad she did because they were wonderful from start to finish. I got an email a few days after she had passed with an online portal access. In the portal I could see where she was in the process from start to finish. It told me when she had been picked up, when she was being prepped for cremation, when she was ready, when she was being cremated and when she was ready to be picked up. They took a print of her nose and paw print and I was able to view them on her portal. When I went to pick her up, I got her ashes back in a beautiful box with her name inscribed into it, her ashes were in a bag inside that said “until we meet again at the rainbow bridge” I got seeds to plant a flower in her memory and they printed out her paw print and nose print. From start to finish this company was wonderful. I can’t recommend them enough.

Beautiful facility with very caring staff, they were wonderful during such a difficult time. They are not well equipped to handle a giant breed dog, which was difficult to witness (gurney and door opening too small, dog almost fell off gurney), but I also understand that my dog is not the norm. Otherwise it was a really great experience, affordable, and would definitely use them again!
