Szechuan Chinese Food

The person in front is us chose not to take their food after it had been served into the take out containers. The man at the counter scraped everything (pork / veg / noodles) back into food trays. Absolute cross contamination between everything.

The food taste is worst service is worst and one more important thing friends this is the only place charging extra 0.25 cents for interac transactions, without telling you guys, people are not aware of this just think .25 cent per transaction, per day in the mall you guys know how many transactions they make, if is it they’re policy it’s ok but why they are not telling the customers that’s not fare..but if you ask actual receipt it’s says plate and cup for .25 cents after i talked to the owner he said he dont have a option to charge as a interac transactions that’s why he charge for cup and plate for .25 cents so now we know why he actually charging for, and he says small sign says beside the till additional charge of interac transactions.25 cents which is not fare at all, ok at least they have to tell customers before they charge but they didn’t. even the signs are not noticeable, and i asked owner you should let your customers know regarding this and he says he don’t have to since there is a unnoticeable signs there, I’m trying to file a complaint regarding this but I just wanna spread this message so people are aware of this, money is not a matter but they doing this without our knowledge which is not acceptable.. and there is a additional 0.25 cents charge for cup of water if u need... not any other store charging in the mall except szewan and oriental Chinese food same owner for both restaurants same policy, he said don’t tell me how to run business.. just think guys most of the places giving you free water and free transactions if you buy a food they are all not know how to run a business except this smart man never ever go to this place again...

Garbage food served by garbage people. My kid loves ginger beef. So I asked for the 2 items but just put the single portion of ginger beef so as not to waste the food. They said to do that they have to charge double.I made it clear he doesn't want 2 items worth of ginger beef but they still refused.These people are idiots. Don't waste your time there's a better run establishment literally 20 feet away called oriental dim sum. They were very helpful and understood what I was asking for. Not only that they took a dollar off since I didn't want the second item.

Worst food I’ve ever had. Love my Chinese food but after eating here I felt very sick before I even finished what was on my plate. I only felt better after I was able to go to the bathroom to throw up. They’ve been investigated by AHS a couple times.. think AHS needs to give them another visit. They also ensure you that they don’t use MSG... they do.

I receieved terrible service, the vegetables were completely raw and there was not enough chicken. When I told the cashier about this she just brushed it off and didn't add a single extra piece. All of the food was cold and was not fully cooked. Did not enjoy the experience.

The food at this place is DISGUSTING. Don't waste your money. I threw most in the garbage. When I told them how awful it was they didn't even offer an apology!

I ordered and recieved my food at 12 noon. Food was hot and delicious, I ordered Shanghai noodle, chow mein noodle, kung pao chicken and the salt and pepper butter chicken. Good food and service, great for on the go

Charge you $0.25 for plate/cup" on the receipt but it's actually a fee for debit or credit transactions. VERY SNEAKY as they don't tell you unless you ask for the receipt

Surprised at all the poor reviews. Luckily, I didn't see them until after I ordered or I might not have tried it.It was delicious. I had the black bean pork, Shanghai Noodles and Kung Pao chicken. Very friendly service too. I don't give too many 5 stars but I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch.

I used to be a regular here quite a while and I thought I would come eat here today. It is sad to say that it has gone downhill . I didn't see the owner and there is a new person serving. The food used to be good but today, it was a disappointment. The rice tasted burnt. And what is with the spring rolls? Oversized and packed with noodles and corn?! No more red sauce. I don't recommend this to anyone
