Absolutely garbage store. Ordered a car as gift, the car never turned on. Very low quality product. Wrote about getting a refund and never heard back. Extremely disappointed.

He’s a tall boy, so we were worried it would be too small and he’d outgrow it soon, but so glad it’s a great size and spacious, it’s definitely gonna be around for a while. Our boy loves it!! The parental remote drive feature makes it great to take on walks.

Recently purchased the Range Rover HSE in pink for my little sister and she absolutely loves it! The car was super easy to assemble, came in great condition and arrived in time for her birthday. Overall very pleased with everything will be purchasing another one for our jealous brother.

They shipped it to california within 7 days, which was unexpected but overall great quality. I got the Mercedes AMG, my two 6 year old twins are able to fit in at the same time, I can see them being able to grow in this for 3 more years easily. Much recommended.

That is because it was ordered under Michelle H. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for my daughter’s car for her birthday this weekend. It said it would be delivered on June 15th. I just spoke to Canada post and my order was shipped on the 15th and now her birthday present will not arrive until the 20th not in time for her party. I tried emailing and calling and no one got back to me. I also received an email saying my order was shipped on the 10th but Canada post said the shipping label was just created and not shipped out. Just very disappointed because we wanted this to be her birthday surprise for her party. I do know things happen but your delivery date should be more accurate if you do not plan to ship it out until the day you say it should be delivered.

Recently purchased the utv 4x4 ride on car in blue for my little nephew for the summer time and he was so happy! The quality of the car is excellent and comes with a lot of cool different features that he loved. The customer service was very friendly, and helped me pick out the perfect car for him. Thank you!

Order Number KidsCars1676 : ordered December 1st 2022 with the item being in stock (it's still listed as in stock as of today). Have heard nothing an no one responded to several emails we sent. Phone also not working. Please update me on this immediately and I may update my review.

I ordered a vehicle for my son in the beginning of April. The vehicle was on preorder for end of April. A week into May, I had heard nothing in regards to my order. I emailed and waited another week with no reply. I emailed again with no reply. I called and didn’t get through until the third try. When I did, I was told my vehicle I ordered wasn’t available in the North York location, even though I had ordered it to be picked up at their North York location. He said he would look into it and get back to me via email. He followed up along with another person at the same time, both of them saying something different. I waited another hour and got clarification that the vehicle would be in North York for pick up the following week. That week came and went, along with 2 more weeks. No communication. I emailed again. With no reply.. twice. I called and they ultimately told me the manufacturer kept pushing the date, and that I could get a refund. They did not seem sorry, or anything. I finally asked for a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a car for their kids. Their customer service is awful. I consider myself a fairly patient and understanding person, but this was insane. I ended up ordering from Elite Custom Designz and had a great experience.

I ordered a car at the end of March 2022. They didn’t respond to me or confirm my order for 1Month. When I finally received the car it worked for two days and then started shooting forward and slamming to a stop. So unsafe that I had to stop my children from using it. I called the company and they told me it’s not their problem. They haven’t returned any of my emails and every time I call they say they will call back. The warrant company DTI direct, was contacted and mailed me the wrong part. They have also stopped responding to me. I have had this car for 3 months and it worked for 2 days. No one responds. Kids cars and DTI direct have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I asked for a refund and received no response. I spent $900 on a car that does not work. Talk about a mood killer for a 2 and 3 year old child. This company is horrible and I would never recommend anyone order anything from them. If the company reviews this my order number is Kidscars1509, maybe you will respond to this.
