sO Interiors was fantastic! Susan did exactly what we wanted, and she was extremely accommodating to us and our needs. We actually hired her to do a condo in Ottawa while we were still living in Nunavut. Literally everything was done via email and phone and we were two friends owning this condo so she was working with both of us. Just her ability to do that speaks so much to her professionalism and flexibility. We were never there once during the entire process, putting our trust in Susan. Susan in turn kept us up to date via email and phone about the products she was selecting and any changes in style and pricing along the way. Finally, Susan was able to keep the budget within our limits by adjusting her plans, which we were so grateful for. And the finished product? Beautiful! Exactly what we hoped for, better really. We've had the opportunity to work with sO Interiors on a few residential renovation jobs and they have been super to deal with from a Contractor's perspective. Susan is very detailed in assisting with the scope of work and takes care of all of the initial consulting with the Clients. All of the materials are on-site at the beginning of construction so we are not waiting on anything. Who knew that staging a house to sell could make such a big difference? Susan did and my house sold within 48 hours of going on the market. We had such a great experience selling our home that we asked Susan decorate our new place. She kept everything on time and within budget!! She understood our styles and created a place we were proud to show off.
