I unfortunately have to give it one star as no stars is not possible. Extremely rude customer service, especially for an overpriced poor selection store like this. Save your time and go somewhere where they appreciate you and your hard earned money no matter what language you speak.

I was in Old Quebec at the beginning of July and found this little shop with hats. I went in the first time and found a winter hat but did not buy it. I thought about it and went back a second time and found a summer hat. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I bought the summer hat as I felt that the hat was me! I have been wearing it all summer and get compliments everywhere I go - even by men. It was a very good purchase!

Il faisait chaud à Québec se samedi là. On se cherchait alors des chapeau pour se protéger puisque on prévoyait marcher beaucoup.Il est à noter que j’ai une grosse tête et qu’il est difficile de trouver un chapeau à ma taille.Par chance, la dame du chapelier nous à aider à trouver le fit parfait pour ma copine et moi.Service impeccable et une tres grande selection de produit. ( produit québécois et canadien aussi)Merci ☺️

I arrived in Quebec City with the temperature in the high 30’s, bitterly windy and no hat!! I was so happy to find this friendly, quaint and well stocked store just down the street from the Château.I received excellent assistance and purchased a fabulous red wool hat which I wore my entire stay. It fit perfectly and was made in Canada. I liked it so much I went back two days later and purchased a different style in grey.Recommend the store and staff !!!P.S. I am from California and I would not find such nice winter hats at home. These were chic and they also fit! All the hats in the US are always too big.
