Alterna Savings - St-Laurent
I visit this Alterna Branch every couple of months to make deposits into my account. I have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous. I feel valued as an Alterna client and I sense a personable, community-oriented atmosphere at this branch. I find this to be refreshing as far as banking institutions go.

Alterna Savings - St-Laurent
I have never been hassled more trying to deposit money into my account or doing any banking at all, let alone a simple deposit. I had just taken the money out of another financial institution without hassle, only to grilled and asked for credit card info and all sorts of irrelevant info for a deposit. Seriously folks this isn't rocket science, other banks treat their customers like customers not like they are robbing a bank when doing a simple deposit. 20 years with you folks, Seriously wondering why at this point.
