Go to place for Jamaican patties and coco bread. Freshest and best tasting patties hands down and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and there’s always a lineup when I go. Cash only establishment.

Good shop with my favorite patties. For the smoothest experience, don't forget your bags, and bring cash (they don't accept $100 bills). Call ahead or be prepared to wait if you want specific patties ready; they don't heat a bunch up and leave them all day so they're nice and flakey, but that means they may not have the ones you want ready.

This place is great. Their patties, pastries, everything is freshly baked and tasty. I usually get boxes of beef and chicken patties, peg bread and coco-bread. This year I think I'll try their Easter bun as well. The prices are also very reasonable without compromising on taste or quality at all. I've rated it 4 stars only because they only take cash (which isn't a bad thing, just a little inconvenient). They also close half an hour (or an hour) for lunch, again an inconvenience but it shows they are taking care of their employees in making sure everyone gets a break. If you haven't tried their patties yet, what are you waiting for?????

drove 45 mins to get Patties and Upon arrival I realized they don’t accept debit or credit. I went inside to ask about no debit/credit policy and the lady said “so you didn’t know that”?Definitely not going back

Patties are nice and crispy. spicy beef is a must, but mild is still very delicious. Goat is good too, not a strong goat taste but still very flavorful.

Very tasty Patties.Unfortunately very dishonest business.Bought a box of 12 pack Curry Goat to only count 11 Patties inside. I couldn't believe myself and counted a few times to be 100%.If this is your way or ripping off customers, not cool.Will not go back because of this. Unfortunate as the Patties did taste good.Will go back to Patty King.

The fresh spicy beef patties are very good. The pastry is super flaky and the filling is tasty. Looks like they sell out quick. When I went in at 3pm most of the shelves were almost empty.Cash only and bring your own plastic/carry bags. Located in the same plaza as Ming’s noodles, right after Mr. Bin.

Best patties ever!Prices are about 18 a dozen for frozen patties and about 19.50 a dozen for hot patties. You can mix and match.They have beef mild, beef spicy, chicken, goat, and vegetable.They also sell hardo bread, butter flap bread, coco bread ranging from 3.50 to probably abt 5 dollars.They sell out of bread quickly. I'll Hage to try my luck and go in earlier.Space is clean and staff is kind.

Love the spicy beef Pattie’s, the crust is flaky and the filling is just the right spice and really flavourful.
