Very unprofessional bunch. I've never received such disrespect from managers in my life. I was constantly made to look stupid and was always made to feel worthless as well.

I was in there today and totally felt like I was a criminal . I opened and already opened costume to see size and quickly had the item snatched from my hand by a young fella worker.. he then made a scene and told me if I wanted to look at size I had to try it on .. I refused and asked what the difference of him showing me the item or me looking at it right there...he walked away a few minutes later another guy came up and asked if he could help me and if everything is ok ..I said no... the 3 workers kept walking by watching me look at the costumes ..I eventually got mad and left .I'll neber to back and never will spend my money there EVER !!!!Hugh disappointment as it was the first time going there . So went to party city and spent my 100 bucks there instead lol

We drove there with 2 young kids to find out that store is closed. On their website it was clearly written that it is open until 11 pm.I will never go there again.

I am also writing in reference to one of the previous comments. My sons (9 and 7) and I were walking around the store, gathering items to purchase, when I was asked to either surrender my purse to the front counter or leave. So, we put the items down and left. I have had this purse for over a year, have been to many many stores, never have been asked this. Will not be buying anything from here as a result. Not a smart idea when you're trying to make a go at some profit

Had a great time shopping for costumes with the family. The service at both the dressing rooms and cash was excellent and everyone was pleased with their purchases.

Have gone twice. First time got good costumes for reasonable prices . Went back to get a really cool decoration that crawls towards you. At first it did not look good but they worked hard to make the sale and I walked away with a good product and a good deal. Defiantly recommend.

Very pricey but was nice to visit

I went to return a costume last night and there was a trainee there who needed help with the return process. When she called her manager over he rolled his eyes over and gave me a fake smile when he got to the counter, and held out his hand for me to give him the costume. He then continued to inspect it and I told him I had not even opened it. I laughed with that because I was trying to make conversation... he held up his hand, palm flat towards me in a way that told me to be quiet. SO already didnt like this man because he was rude to his fellow employee and to me. When he took my receipt ( hand held out flat he never spoke a word to me) he growled the employee in front of me for calling him over. He reminded her in a threatening tone that everything she did on the computer in front of her was recorded in the computer behind her. He then raised his voice and told her that she shouldn't call him over unless she had a serious problem. He then strutted away and she struggled to continue because he didnt really help her and then she called another employee over, told her that it was a refund and then the new girl that came over ran to the cash and said you are not authorized to do refunds!" They are picking on this trainee so hard!!! And then when she explained to this girl that she had the supervisors permission that he put everything in the computer she was like "oh

My wife was in this store with items to purchase, ready to go to counter to pay. She was asked why she did not leave her purse at the front counter, which she said, she would not leave her purse and left. What a strange rule, I would not leave my wallet! Not very bright.
