Total Take Out Delivery

This is not a legitimate delivery service like others, expect to pay more then normal and between a 2-6 hour wait. When you call to inquire about your order they are extremely unprofessional and belittle you for asking like you should appreciate they are even delivering it at all. This is a scam, I'm not sure how they are still in buisness or have any good ratings at all AVOID AT ALL COST YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordered food and it took an hour to get here and by that time it wasn't warm at all. Called the restaurant and the driver had been there and gone a half hour prior. Would not reccomend this service at all!

I ordered 12 beers. I paid for 12 beers and I was given 9 beers.A delivery charge is one thing. Billing me for 12 beers is a crime.

Nothing on their website is accurate , their “fast drivers” take minimum of 3-4 hours even if it’s only a few items , their service is terrible, they won’t even take your order let alone complete it if they don’t feel like it that day let alone during their given hours on website . Don’t waste your time

I ordered coffee and iced Capp, usually 20 minutes TOPS for delivery. I placed my order at 5:55 it’s now 7:55. I simply texted to make sure they didn’t forget about it and the response I got while I ordered and when I was curious about my order were both VERY disrespectful. In my opinion when I placed my order they could have responded something along the lines of “yes of course, we will get that to you as soon as possible” but I received “ok”. After I messaged to find out about my order they could have responded with “our apologies on the wait, we have been very busy today. We apologize for the inconvenience.” But instead I received “busy day, it will get there when we can”. This is my first time ordering from here and I can guarantee I will NOT be doing it again.

Been using them to pick stuff up for us for several years now, they are always friendly and reliable! Today they even picked us up some emergency products because Aunt Flo showed up at our place unexpectedly and the guy got my beer too :) and my wife says he understood the assignment lol ;)

As a business lady, one of their driver is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. He took the order and went to a different place to pick up another order. Gave our customer the wrong order and didn't call us. He came back three hours later and demanded a full refund. We can't take the food back because it's been in his car for three hours opened. So we declined and he swore off to his car. Because we still have customers that order from us using this delivery place, we're giving a two star. Other drivers are nice and mostly on time.

Very poor communications. If they aren't able to fulfill a food order, they don't let you know. An hour is far too long to wait to get cold food. There's a good reason they have such low ratings - horrible service and very poor customer service.

MOST of the drivers are very friendly and kind. Sandra on the other hand is VERY rude and unkind to staff. She is not understanding and quick to snap at you if things are not her way. She also took money from staff because they gave her wrong change and would not give back. Very conniving and you would think despite her age she would be different to young staff. NOPE! she needs to be fired.

Total Take Out Delivery is totally amazing! Affordable, reliable service that went above and beyond to help me make my sisters 40th birthday a special one! From the moment I called they made me feel as though I was asking my friend to make the delivery... Wish I had a Total Take Out Delivery in my city, I would use them all the time! My first experience with this service was amazing. I had just moved to Belleville, so I wasn't sure how things worked. Their driver went above and beyond to make sure I got my food fast. And SO polite! I just called to find out if they could do something else for me, that wasn't the norm and the gal that owns the place was SO nice! I recommend these guys above all others.
