Really a great experience. This is my second time at the salon and I really appreciate the consistency and expert level of service. Went in for color and really pleased with the results. Prices are reflective of the quality of service the salon offers-which is top notch!

My hair is always very well done and I get lots of compliments though could be quite pricey.

My experiences at Tiana's salon have always been amazing! I usually get my hair straightened but for the first time I received a wash, cut and curly style. I have 3B, 3C hair and my curls came out so beautifully, so hydrated and the cut was perfect for my facial structure. I was nervous about a curly cut as most do not know how to cut without loosing the length to the curls. I feel so confident with my curls now as they are so healthy and shiny and compliment me so much. Tiana is so graceful and gentle with my curls. I feel safe and I trust her to treat my hair with gentleness as curls are so wild that we sometimes loose patience! here are some pictures of the finished style and cut, I am in love with it!!

The prices for the services for Afro hair care at your business is way too expensive. I’m not sure if the prices reflect a business that’s based in Oakville an affluent city or it reflects supply and demand you are not marketing to the families that may really need these types of services in Oakville because they simply just won’t be able to afford it. That’s too bad.

Absolutely great location, I can see myself getting my hair done then booking one of the fab restaurants right along the waterfront to catch up with friends.I got high recommendations from a friend, so I decided to give it a try and boy was I pleasantly surprised.I booked my consult and met Tiana and Faith upon entering the Salon. I was greeted with a huge warm welcome!Tiana is very friendly, knowledgeable and clear. I booked a consult which i HIGHLY recommend!! Tiana took a look at my hair and we spoke at length about options and a plan. I felt confident and hopeful leaving my appointment.I explained what has been going on, she was extremely encouraging, patient and most of all no pressure what so ever as to how to proceed. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that I was given information tailored to me and MY HAIR. I booked my appointment online, which was simple and easy, I showed up and my appointment was on time and detailed.The salon is very well kept, as per Covid protocols I felt safe and loved the fact that she does not have the salon packed and busy with too many clients at the same time. I felt like it was my time with her and I got full attention and service.I went in feeling dismayed and defeated with my hair challenges and left feeling extremely lifted and looking forward to my follow up services. I left with product information and the products I needed to try so as to prepare my hair for care!! I was given my step by step sample product package which i absolutely loved!! Felt like a nice little bag of treats!!As per service pricing she is very clear on her website what services she offers and the pricing. We also discussed what I will need to work on and what she recommended for my services moving forward and she clearly showed me and explained the pricing breakdown. That for me is top notch service and client care l!!I would say that this is a top end pricing salon, it is about service, expertise and the full client centre experience.I would Highly recommend you take abrowse and book in to treat yourself!This will be my go to time to spend a little extra love on myself!! After 2 years of not taking care of my hair she did a miracle. I was in the salon for 5 hours and she never changed her enthusiasm, her professionalism and the passion she has for her work is admirable. Tiana was so patient. From the colour, to the cut and style, I highly recommend Filedaria particularly if you have curly hair.

Truly top-end professional high quality personal hair services for people with all types of curls.
