Well priced top quality beef. Had the porterhouse; fat renders well and the fillet melts in your mouth. Definitely going to try again would recommend. Fantastic product.

Got some porter house steaks for may 24 and oh my goodness. Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. It was so tender and just melted in your mouth. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Syd and Adam have got to be the hardest working people in Essex County!! Their farm store is welcoming and always stocked with local wares and their freezers are loaded with beef, pork and lamb. We ordered a half cow and we have enjoyed every cut we ordered. Syd is a walking catalogue of recipes and how to" on every product they sell!!
