I can't take any other meds for my fibromyalgia and I need CBD oil and I have to wait 5 months to even speak to somebody? Why does your establishment even exist? I'm sure you're not really helping people and I've read the othet reviews.My doctor faxed ALL paperwork needed almost 3 weeks ago and I call today to see what the status report is and I can't even get to a human being via your IVR. It brings me in circles and just tells me I have a 5 month waiting period and thanks me for my patience.I'm in the process of trying to find another resource of help now. I'm calling Health Canada to get some help too. If they refer me back to you, I will just relayed to them what I've experienced with you.

Long waiting times. Ex: for a 9am appointment, you will meet with the assistant at 10am, and if you are lucky, you will see the doctor by 11am. Always calculate 2-3 hours for a 15mins follow-up appointment. Be patient.

after 2 years of going here and following their treatment, i decided to start purchasing products from the recreational market, as the suppliers Sante Cannabis offer are quite expensive, the products they sell frequently run out of stock without warning and are often over a year old.when i told them this, they immediately stopped my treatment plan and refused to continue helping me use cannabis as medicine unless I purchase through their suppliers. when i asked Dr. Dworkind why I had to do this, his exact words were we are a business

New location in a larger building, nice upgrade. As always, the location is accessible, the staff are great, and the medical receptionists are much kinder than at most clinics. Dr. Dworkind is a rockstar in palliative care and medical cannabis, and has a charming personality that again, is often lacking in clinics. Expect to wait a solid hour before even seeing the nurse. Then possibly another hour to see the doctor. On a busy day, you could be waiting 3 hours, and that's with an appointment. They seem to also make no effort to make the wait easier. No magazines, no tv, no poke stop in range lol. Just flat out boring.

There doctors and consultants have the knowledge to help me deal with chronic pain with a vast selection of medications, doses and different ways to consume. They answered all my questions. I recommend.
