Phone wasn’t charging. He said confidently that he can fix it. Came back in a few hours and payed $40. Phone still isn’t charging 1 day later. Called back, he said “I told you it wouldn’t be 100%” he never said that. “Take it to apple for warranty” “I didn’t charge you an arm and leg” “today’s Saturday, I’m not open” he then hangs up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Brought an iphone 7 into the location and my own replacement screen. I was charged around 80 dollars which isn't that bad. Phone works excellent after the repairs. The guy at the counter is a little grumpy but I think he deals with a lot of grumpy desperate people coming in with their phones. Seemed very knowledgeable, told him I didn't want a new home button, he explained worst case scenario. Didn't try to push replacing it. Overall a decent spot, maybe just work on your customer service a little. Even if a customer is mad when they get in, it is part of the owners job to keep a level of professionalism and not allow it to effect how they treat a customer.Thanks for your service,Cellphone Doc

Best prices in Belleville, gentleman was able to fix my phone in less then 24 hours even though he had to order the part. He made sure my phone was perfect working condition before I left. He was very pleasant to chat with. Thank you again.

My phone fell in water and I thought that was the end of it! But the cell phone doctor was able to fix it for me, saved all my photos and everything on my phone. It ended up needing a new screen, which was installed quickly. I liked that he didn't try to up-sell me, he gave the phone time to dry fully to see if that would fix the screen issue without having to replace it. I also really appreciated how quickly the screen was installed - within about an hour of the new screen arriving to him, he had it installed and I had my phone back. Very fair prices. I would highly recommend. Those reviews that say customer service isn't good, I disagree, he was very kind to me.

I haven’t used their services, but I certainly won’t after the horrible experience I just had. I mistook his address for one a few buildings down, and he told me to “check the address better next time” in a very rude tone. Judging by his other reviews, im not the only one who has experienced this. Use at your own risk.

I have had my iPhone screen replaced and also he has repaired my daughters iPad twice. All three times he was very honest and charged a fair price. I would recommend:)

First time I frequented this store. Asked to get a price on replacing a battery in a tablet. He was Gary open in recommending me not replacing it as there are many potential issues with replacing the battery in this model. He easily could have recommended an expensive repair which may have had problems later, instead of recommending I buy a new one at a local supplier.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH HIM!!!!!! Might be the cheapest in Belleville but not work the 20$ less from a real repair guyI don’t make reviews often as. I have good experiences or don’t need to post about bad ones, but this was different.Brought a broken iPhone 11 screen to him, he was happy to replace with a “NEW” screen, I work in tech and I understand third party screens at not as good as Apple. I was sold a bad screen, the right side of the screen had lines threw the hole screen and this was only seen on a white screen. WHEN BROUGHT BACK he said I was the one to push too hard on my screen during the installation of my new case. Slip in case no pressure required (Otter box commenter) This business is very sketchy and will never recommend or go there again.

I took my phone there two days ago to have my screen fixed, since then it glitches the phone does whatever it wants, the charger port doesn’t work. My phone gets extremely hot and losing its charge almost as fast as it gains it. I took it back to him and he assured there was nothing wrong. Now I have to pay to have it looked at elsewhere and will be sending the bill to this gentleman. I would’ve taken my old screen back as it only had a line through it and taken my money back however this gentlemen offered no refunds or any help for that matter
