The misses is very, very happy with Change. She went to four other stores where the fitting was just garbage. In Change they really looked after her and made her feel very comfortable. It has cost me a fortune.

I had an AMAZING experience with Sara today. I had been to three of the other major bra stores and was feeling very defeated. Sara was so patient and wonderful. She took the time to get me the correct size, great colours, and recommended styles that suited me. Cannot say enough positive things about Sara!!

I had a really good experience buying swimwear and a bra. I am newly post partum and it isn’t easy to find things for a changing body. Emily was so helpful! She definitely made me feel so comfortable with my choices. Hope the management is nice to her!

It's always been stressful and frustrating for me to buy bras, but Megan made it the easiest experience I've ever had. Megan, the sales associate, kept offering me options even though it was almost closing time.

I was helped by Pavitra a very sweet and helpful associate at the store…. I am a new mom who was struggling to get my correct bra size postpartum my baby…. She took good care of me and changing body needs with very good experience and knowledge she holds! Definitely recommend this store for having so many variety of sizes… which made me realize i m not an alien as the general bra brands dont carry my body sizes!!

The employee gave us a look up and down and said “We don’t carry your band size in store.” I get that not all clothing stores can carry every size but there are much more tactful ways to tell a customer that information instead of making them feel ashamed. Hate this store and will never give it another chance.

Sara at Guildford Change store made my day, or perhaps even a whole month! She patiently and gracefully showed me how to adjust bra straps so they dont fall off. A problem I used to have with all brands. She is the first ever sales person in this type of store that listened and addressed this issue so it's now solved. Thank you Sara!!!
