The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Dr. Ashwin Maharaj’s personal assistant. Very nice guy! Sometimes we must wait a while for the service, but this is understandable given that the demand for Dr. Maharaj is huge.This revolutionary and modern method for treating hemorrhoids brings really noticeable results. After two banding sessions I had a HUGE improvement in my overall condition. Unfortunately, I still cannot say that I am 100% cured of this unpleasant problem that hemorrhoids are, but I can say that I feel 60%/70% better and I hope that with a third and eventual fourth session of banding I will be 100% cured of this disgrace without the need for surgery, God willing!Dr's clinic Maharaj is highly recommended for anyone who also suffers from this very unpleasant and disabling problem and is looking for some alternative treatment other than straight surgery.

Worse experience ever dr maharajah deserves 0 out 5 starsHere is my storyHe charged me $400 in cash stating that my external hemorrhoid is a skin tag and the health ministry doesn't cover that procedure first lieI just got the same procedure redone at different clinic and it was redone with no chargeHe asked me to go to his clinic twice a day to apply the medication and told me he's doing it in good faith the health ministry doesn't cover second lieI've received multiple letters from the ministry to confirm that I did visit him twice a day in daily basis for good 90 daysWhen I asked the doctor to give me a receipt for my surgery so I could claim it when I'm doing my income tax he gave me a small note paper wrote on it $400 for professional adviceI suffered from his surgery for near 2 years nowhe operated on me in his filthy un sanitized clinic if you one of his patients you will noticeHe always says that his patients come from all over towns and othe countries to get treatment at his clinic this is by far the biggest lieIf you can stay awaaaaaaaaaaaay

Really bad service, over an hour waiting, doctor took less than a minute to assess saying I needed surgery and leaving without replying to any of my concerns. The receptionist were unhelpful and rude. Only one nurse was polite and helpful during the entire time.Don't know if it was homophobia from the doctor or just a bad professional, will never go back
