I highly recommend Protek!! Del is extremely knowledgeable and I felt like he really listened to me when it came to our security system. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and promptly returns calls for questions I had down the road. If I could, I would give 6 stars for the customer service and trustworthiness of Del and his team!!

So glad we picked Protek to provide our security solution. An older stone home with finished ceilings inside posed a challenged for Del and Andy, but they were true professionals! No mess, no wires showing. Del was very honest about how many cameras we really needed and even talked us out of one! So in my view, he values his customers needs and doesn’t oversell. To me, thats truly a loyalty-building company. I would recommend Protek to anyone looking for top quality security solutions offered by an honest, and highly skilled professional team.

I was with a big security company previously and I needed some new equipment because my current system was older and some parts neededto be replaced. The big security company was going to charge me big bucks for a technician to come and replace those parts. I decided tolook around elsewhere. Protek was highly recommended to me by my neighbor. I called Protek in the morning and spoke to the owner directlyand he came to my house that same afternoon to show me what he had to offer. I give this company A++ for customer service! On top of thatthe installation was only a week later and very professional, clean and done by the owner himself. You can't get better service than that!It's very rare to see that high level of customer service these days! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a securitysolution!

I was with another alarm company for years, having done major renovations in my home, I decided to upgrade my alarm system. The old company provided a new system, which frustrated with it 1 month later. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and looked at 3 new companies. Comparing the quotes, I and was eager to switch to Protek Installations. While Del was swapping out the old system to the new one from Protek, I was surprised how poorly and messed up the old system was; it was worse than I thought.I'm a mechanical engineer, so I knew Del wasn't telling me stuff just to make his system look better. He showed me the inadequacies of the old system; I saw the holes that Protek's Honeywell system easily secured!I couldn't be happier that I switched to Protek.I feel like I now have friends keeping me safe and protecting my home.At the very least, have Protek give you a quote, so you have so you can evaluate your other quotes.

We had Protek install a wired security system in our new home as our basement was being finished by the builder. We had a great experience with Protek and found Del to be very personable, honest, competent, professional and efficient. He took great care in his work and even went the extra mile by providing us with some great tips on the installation of speakers and cameras which greatly exceeded our expectations.We would not hesitate to recommend Del and will definitely be calling him back if we decide to upgrade our alarm system.

Del is an amazing technician. We used his and his company Protek Installation services on 2017 for implementing our security system. He was very efficient, supremely polite individual and till everything was working perfectly he didn't quit. Last year due to a manfacturing defect of our keypad, he took it upon himself to hound the manufacturer and get us a new keypad and installed, configured and ensured that everything was working. He also followed up later to confirm. That's what I call an EXCELLENT 5 STAR Customer service. I have dealt with other security companies before, but Protek Installation is way above the others.
