I love this clinic. They have saved Tessa’s life literally several times after she ate plastic. They also take care of Lola, our family dog. Every doctor, every technician and the whole team are dedicated professionals who care for the health of your animal.(They don’t take advantage of your pet challenges by charging you exorbitant amounts of money either.)

If you are looking for compassionate, caring staff, this is the place to go.I was recommended this Veterinary Clinic by Chatopia, the rescue I adopted my cat from. Although I went for a what I thought would be a mouth/teeth operation and ended up euthanizing my little angel, Dr. Coté and the technician made those last moments I had with little Lilas better than I could ever anticipated. Dr. Côté is extremely knowledgeable and has a way of explaining things in a relatable, understandable way that puts you at ease.I’m truly grateful to the entire staff at Timberlea for being so comforting. I could not be more satisfied with the service I had.

This clinic have an incredibly dedicated staff who genuinely care about their patients and those who care for them. They are always very friendly and patient, willing to answer questions and follow up on any issue. The costs / fees of consults and treatments are very reasonable and are always communicated transparently. I highly recommend taking your pets to see them, you will not be disappointed.

Compassionate and welcoming, friendly and affordable.I had to make my first trip to Timberlea vet, for a very unfortunate reason. They were so kind to me and the affordability made an already terrible day just a bit easier to stomach.

I can not say enough about this clinic. They have been our vet for many years, and have served us from the most basic, routine visits to helping us through the process of saying goodbye to our beloved older cat and dog at the end of their lives.

Rude front desk staff. No welcome. My first visit will be my last.Also just an fyi - Masks are no longer required by local Public Health or Provincial Health. Why are they forced on people upon entry even just for picking up pet food? You have a plexy glass barrier at reception and masks on yourself.
