We were traveling on Hwy 16 towards Edmonton and like others our travel plans were diverted due to the wild fires. This Canadian Tire (Cara in particular) went above and beyond for us. We unfortunately got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. Cara not only brought us a new tire (after her scheduled shift) but experienced her own flat tire during the rescue process! If you think there is no guardian angels left in the world, you just need to stop in and see Cara! Thank you so much for saving us and someday we hope to pay it forward in some way and someone else will be touched by this angel!

It's definitely canadian, and they 100% have tires. This is more of a review on how the name reflects the store and its contents than the actual quality of the store and the overall shopping experience. Five stars.

Staying in the car park as part of the Edson evacuation, the owner kept the store open late so people could buy items, he got a power hook-up for my grandmother's air respiratory and gave out chalk to the kids. All the staff were so helpful and nice! Thank you for being an amazing support to everyone ❤️

Absolutely owe a big thanks to the incredible customer service by the manager here.We came in from the evacuation out of Edson, and my grandmother has a portable respirator that would have run out at night in our camper.Rather than let me buy an outlet battery pack (300$) he ran an extension cord out of the store for us. Likely saved her life.Thanks so much

RVers looking for Wheels should know that they only sell RV wheels with a new tire on it and could not tell me what brand of tire would be on the wheel. Just bought new tires, so this didn't work for us. Kal Tire set us up and has a large drive up area for servicing fifth wheel.

Friend brought his 2019 Toyota Tacoma in for a winter tire changeover, only to be told that all of his lug nuts were seized on (this store installed them). In the process of removing the seized" lugnuts one of his rims was damaged beyond repair and had to be replaced. After the work was completed they charged him for the entire removal (over 8hrs of labour somehow to remove lugnuts) and for the cost of an entire set of lug nuts that aren't even the OEM toyota ones that they destroyed taking off. The lug nuts that this Canadian Tire installed as replacements ARE NOT the lug nuts that should be on his truck and are a safety hazard. This is a completely unacceptable way of conducting buisness as they installed the lug nuts that then became "seized"

We arrived on a sunday evening 10 minutes after closing with a flat tire. They were really helpful and patched the hole right a way the next morning. Special thanks to Scott who even drove us to our Airbnb and got us the next morning.

I came in to return something, and the cashier that helped me out, was the most pleasant lady. She was so very patient, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I would most definitely shop there again.
