Venetian Nail Spa

They were amazing! especially Kimberly. The other lady that did my gel nails went above and beyond; staying 20 minutes passed closed. same with the woman that works as the receptionist. I put 1 pic of my pedicure with flash. I love them. Gel nails on my fingers. if it appears texturized it's from the flash because it's glittery. it's silky smooth. 10/10

Very nice salon, great location ans lots of parking. Stuff is super friendly with a lot of experience. I've been coming there for almost 20 years and highly recommend it.

I always have the most amazing experience with Hannah. She is exceptionally fast, does immaculate work and always manages to fit me into her schedule. She’s been doing my nails for 10 years now and I never go anywhere else.

I visited today for a shellac removal and just a manicure. The receptionist was lovely, that’s where it ended. The nail tech assigned to me was less than happy. Took her several trips from the back before she actually started my nails. She asked me if I only wanted a manicure, I said yes. My nails are filed differently from each other, she didn’t speak one word. I tried twice to talk to her. She was very busy eyeing a mother/ daughter that came in and was very happy to see she was going to look after them. She finished, got up, went to where they were seated ( directly in front of me) and smiled,mtalked, engaged. If you don’t want to do a simple manicure and want to wait for something better, do that. I won’t be back.

Worst experience. This is the second time I’ve had to wait more than 15 minutes and both times I had booked an appointment. A nail fill just took over 2 hours and it’s not exactly what I asked for. I will never return back to this location.

Overall my nails just didn’t last as well as they have from other salons. Customer service was good. Helped me choose my colour and when the colour didn’t match to what I was looking for they changed it to a different one. Lines weren’t very straight though, didn’t seem like professional had done them. They had started to lift from the back that night and they left so much space from my cuticles that it looked like I needed a fill in a weeks time. It was also an additional $15 to get tips. Seems odd. Customer service was okay but nails were not.

Phuong did a wonderful job with my nails. I really appreciated her attention to detail and was an incredibly skilled technician. She even extended a nail my last nail tech had done too short. Very fair price and they were able to get me in quickly.Obsessed with these nails, thank you so much!

Great service. Got in quickly. Clean, used new tools, did a great job on a pedicure. Friendly staff. Will go again.

I got a fill done 2 days ago and my nails are already chipping. Staff is always nice but this is super disappointing for how much it costs.
