The Rocket

My wife saw an Aerosmith shirt at another Rocket location. I stopped at the Kensington location to purchase it as I was in the area and needed the shirt for a Halloween costume. I showed the staff member a picture of the shirt at the other store an made it clear that I wanted the same shirt. The shirt that they made for me is quite different with the image being probably half the size of the image on the shirt at the other location. I told the staff member that I was disappointed but they really didn't care and said that is the best he could do. Didn't have time to run to the other store so now I'm stuck with the shirt. I really don't understand why this location couldn't make me the same shirt that is in the window at another location only blocks away. My first time as a customer here is very disappointing. I will not be a repeat customer.

My partner and I came to Calgary for a week after we were evacuated from our place in the Okanagan. I run an online vintage shop so I'm always looking for second hand shops everywhere I go. This place is curated so nicely with not too much but what is there is great! I ended up getting a sick vintage striped button up and a vintage prairie dress...both of which i'd been looking for forever! I got to talking with the nice girl working there and told her our situation and that I needed just a plain black zip up hoodie since we didn't pack much and she looked for an XL until she found one. She also gave me a discount for my whole purchase! This is what community is all about! Can't wait to be back! Thanks guys!!

I had my original designs for my Merch sweatshirts printed here under the previous owners/team, last year. I have a client who wanted one so I went in, leaving the original shirt and also emailed the original design again. They said 3 days..over a week later it was ready for pick up .. totally wrong …I clarified, holding up the two shirts together and even sent an email about font/punctuation to be sure. They tried again… after a more than two week delay in total, it was dropped off today along with my original shirt. Capitalization and punctuation wrong … I give up. Delays happen, especially right now, but the necessary attention to detail just isn’t here. I’ll have to try and get it fixed or remade elsewhere. So disappointing.

If you're going there to get the job done for a good price, then this is the place for you. If you are looking to get the job done AND get good customer service, probably not the best from my experience anyways.I'm not picky with service, but when I walked in the girl that was there didn't even look at me/acknowledge my presence, as she was on the phone. She continued talking on the phone, complaining about a coworker or a friend, the first 10 minutes I was there. When she finally got off the phone she asked me if I needed anything and then made no further effort to talk to me. She was okay for the rest of the experience, making sure I was aware of changes to my design, but still made no effort to make eye contact with me.Again, I'm not crazy picky and furious but I just felt it was unprofessional.The guy that was there when i picked up the shirt was much more pleasant.

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time!! Toni was wonderful...very helpful, very patient with me, great service and communication, very professional and had a pleasant personality! She went above and beyond and made the designs even better than we hoped, completing the job quickly. I will most definitely use them again!

Great customer service. They had printed on the wrong colour shirt initially but with quick service and within a day got it sorted Thank you so much!!

The people who own it are great! The process to make the shirt on the website is a little clunky. I was on mobile so maybe it's better on a computer.

I made a t-shirt for my nephew's birthday and it turned out great! He liked it so much because it had his favorite Paw Patrol character and his name on it! Reasonable price

Such great customer service. My husband and I were in a bind for 2 custom printed shirts and they not only got them done in time but they looked great! They even edited one of the pictures so that the image turned out better. Highly recommend for any custom items! Thank you, Youssef!!

if you are looking for Quality don't come here. They are all about quantity. I went in today to get a t-shirt done for my brother and what a nightmare. First of all, the service was not great and there was very poor communication with me and other customers who were in the shop as well. It was finally my turn and it took them less than 5 minutes to give me my finished product. The picture was scaled nicely, but when they cut it out they had no guillotine. They used scissors which meant that the line was not straight and there was an inconsistent white line around the black border of my picture...on a black t-shirt. On top of that, they did not measure it properly. It is severely off centre and it is crooked. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go online. It's cheaper and the quality is way better. It's worth waiting for a few days.
