Élite Mazda

This is my 3rd CX5 (which I absolutely love!) and have had my services done here a few times. The waiting area is beautiful and very functional as I can continue working while I wait for my vehicle to be ready. I've always received good service and the parts and service staff are helpful. Recommend!

My first time rental and I can say that I am a very happy client with how everything went so smoothly! From negotiating the price to the delivery of the car, with Melanie, and the financing, with Roxanne, all staff are extremely friendly, deliver a great customer service and always ready to help and listen. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Our previous car was a Subaru and when it was written off in an accident we narrowed down the selection to two cars, the Crosstrek & Mazda CX3. After driving the CX3 and visiting both dealerships the choose was abundantly clear. The CX3 was just incredibly more comfortable to sit in and handled flawlessly. Richard was great to deal with, didn't waste our time or talk down to us and Mark made the logistics convenient and quick. Our car was ready on time, prepped and the shopping experience from start to finish was as polished as the paint job.

We just bought a CX-5. The only positive I can say about our experience is that we were able to snag a car quickly in this crazy market.We live in Ontario and if you do too I wouldn't recommend going here unless absolutely desperate.1. My fiancé doesn't speak French, however they left us emails in French about financing, voicemails in French and spoke french to us constantly.2. They told us it would be ready within a week but we had to wait two weeks3. They didn't register the car or install the plates and told us it is because they don't have access to the Ontario system which we later discovered is BS. This meant I had to take time off and go register it myself.4. They didn't include any screws to put the plates in place5. We bought this car jointly and reiterated multiple times we were buying it jointly and now we just found out when registering it that it is only in one of our names. This means we need to go to Service Ontario together and take more time off.6. They told us we HAD to purchase the bells and whistles (e.g. winter carpets and more) because they were already installed yet when we picked up the car they weren't installed and they had to take carpets from another vehicle.We love our car but it has nothing to do with Elite Mazda's service so if you want a good experience worth the 55K+ that you're going to spend to buy one go somewhere else.

I had been recommended to check out Mazda Elite because of their selection and good customer service. I was able to find a cx5 to my liking and 2 days later picked up the car! Everything went smoothly. I have been back for summer tire change and the waiting area is quite nice and has good coffee. I definitely recommend this location!

All around amazing experience! The sales rep got us a great deal on our new car, everyone was really friendly and helpful, there was never any point where we were pressured into anything additional that we didn't want. Just an overall relaxing, enjoyable experience (which was surprising as I thought this whole process would be quite stressful). And a great bonus to have all the additional services there such as the gym, hair salon, kids play area and drinks/food. I have been to a few different dealerships, and this is by far the nicest one. It really shows that they pride themselves on their customer service. Thank you for our wonderful experience!

The salesman said they don't do any markup, no doc fee, etc... but in the end. That is not true at all... the price is still more than what mazda canada shows.. which is a red flag for me since if a salesman told you that. What should we expect?

Horrible experience! After being assured by Richard that the car I was buying passed Ontario safety checks and the brakes were replaced, my mechanic confirmed otherwise! In fact, there were several things wrong with it.They had also promised delivery to my mechanic but then said they didn't have the time. When I went there with a cab driver to get it, they made me and the driver wait 45 minutes despite having an appointment. I ended up paying 260 in mechanics and taxi charges to find out they were lying all along!!!

I bought my CR-5...5 years ago. Elite Mazda is the only place where I take my car. The service is excellent., The staff is very friendly. I always deal with Jean or Caro.They have excellent customer services Always there to listen, give me advise, suggestions etc. Which I aprreciate very much.
