While waiting they repaired 3 bike brakes, minor stuff that took less than a minute and they charged 0$!I was honestly impressed!Gabriel et JF! Good job guys!

The guy there made a custom piece in a short amount of time. It was to replace the one broken on my mountain bike seat which was specific to my Spec Enduro.The price was really cheap for something that could have been expensive. This is now my new mountain bike repair shop!

Am not writing here about the price or the cost, because am not familiar. Am sharing my opinion for the customer service. The young gentleman was very honest, very helpful and tried to explain to as much as his knowledge with very professional and friendly way. There was minor problem after he fixed my bicycle and I was ok with that but he insist to fix the problem completely. Very nice to see these young generation with that passion to what they do.

Made a deposit on a bike, was supposed to be shipped from Vancouver around the end of April 2021 and arriving at the beginning of May 2021. Had no news on June 15 2021, decided to call. Turns out they don't have any ETA and can't help me... The guy there also told me that the bike was made in Canada. After checking on the manufacturer's website, turns out the bike is made in Taiwan.Basically they just told me a bunch of lies to make me buy a bike, very disappointed. Doesn't deserve your business.

Went to repair my bike, back wheel + changing speed were defective. It now work better than when I first bought the bike. Love the adjustment, should of went sooner to get it adjusted.
