The guys here are so friendly and reliable! They came to pick me up in less than 30 minutes after the first tow service rejected me for no good reason...I initially called Payless Auto and the guy they sent was so unprofessional, lashing out , projecting his own personal issues on me and refused to tow my vehicle after he arrived. But these guys were very helpful and supportive beyond just a tow! Their experience and services are highly valuable, yet reasonably affordable! I will be dealing with them in all further breakdowns I may experience. Thank you for a job well-done!

Roger is very deceitful so be weary of the service. I’m convinced he pays for his reviews.I called him for assistance, he left his yard at 2:00pm. Arrived to help me by sticking a screwdriver between starter and solenoid at 2:34pm. Then we had small chat; and he left before 3pm. (We have time stamps of calls and picture of truck arriving.) We agreed on one hour (which includes the talking) as it’s exactly what it was plus gas.I tried calling him, and he told me he wasn’t willing to remove the extra hour which is unfair since he was literally there for less than 30minutes, including 25 minutes of small conversation he striked up, he is not a man of his word and also brought down the mood by complaining about coming out. If you deal with this company - make sure to get everything in writing.If I could rate 0 stars I would, as the business practice is sketchy and they’ll make a bad situation worse for you.

I will never use this company again. Roger was unresponsive and extremely difficult to get a hold of after our initial call, but worse than that he engaged in deceptive practices and he added surprise extra fees to the bill on delivery before he would release our vehicle.We called Roger to assist with towing our vehicle after an offroad breakdown, up a forest service road without cell service. Roger told us his hourly rate for the service, and we estimated the round trip might take around 5 or 6 hours to retrieve the vehicle as it would be a 2-3 hour drive in a regular vehicle (this timing is what another service estimated as well). Roger left at 2pm and promised to call us when he got back into cell service with our vehicle. Despite reaching out to him multiple times through texts and calls later that night and the following morning (which rang through before going to voicemail so we know he was back in cell service) Roger did not call us back until the following morning at 10am. He then claimed that it took over 13 hours to retrieve the vehicle (i.e. more than twice what we expected). Because he did not call us when he retrieved it, perhaps he felt he could assert whatever timing he wanted to.After Roger finally confirmed that he had retrieved the vehicle, he then went dark on us again for the rest of the day, not returning calls or confirming when he would deliver the vehicle to our mechanic's shop. When we were finally able to get a hold of him and coordinate the delivery (around 10pm that night), on arrival he announced several additional charges that we had not discussed in advance, and of course demanded payment for all charges immediately before releasing the vehicle. All told the price he wanted was by far the most expensive tow I have ever heard of.I found Roger untrustworthy and unreliable and I regret using his services. As noted above I will never use this company again and I strongly recommend that you don't either.

Anyone claiming these guys aren’t friendly was probably projecting their bad mood at being broken down in the first place. We were looking at spending the night stuck outside Pemberton when we got Roger’s number. He was there hours before we expected and got us sorted out immediately. The guy knows his stuff.

Very happy with the service, today, they helped me out from the side of the highway while I ran out of gas…didnt have to deal with No BS would definitely recommend them as other companies turned me down

Would happily give no stars, the five star reviews are definitely fake. Crazily overpriced and had nothing useful to offer. I hope I never meet such a rude and disrespectful person again. I’d rather walk than ask this useless guy for help

Quoted me $130 then charged $260But was able to come and pull me out pretty fast.

Came to my vehicle unprepared to tow a 4WD vehicle which I stated the vehicle was in the initial phone call. Charged by the hour to screw around disconnecting the driveshaft to tow my truck which I did for him with his concerning lack of tools, meant I got insanely overcharged due to his incompetence. Rude upon initial phone call and meet up.
