Pump foundations have curbs in excess of 10 inches do not go here if you have a car, you will lose your door opening it and will be forced to park far away from the pumps. Truck only stop.

Selected the cheapest fuel option and was charged for the mid-tier fuel option. When we approached the manager of the store, he claimed that that never happened and he actually said we were idiots and it was all our fault, despite never selecting the mid- tier option. We will be contacting head office, but just a fair warning that it would be worthwhile to find a less scammy gas station.

Today, July 30th at about 1pm, Shell employees made unauthorized payments using my credit card numbers.The bank has already canceled all these transactions.The incident has already been reported to the police department.Hope it's worth it.

Our vehicle’s battery died after getting gas and we could not get out of the parking lot. Boosting it didn’t work either. The staff came to see if they could help. The car is a remote start and we couldn’t put it in neutral to push it to a safer place.( the staff offered to help with that). They put cones around it and one staff member stayed with us while we called for road assistance. They would have helped us with that as well. Your staff of Chandra, Mosin ( sp) and one other young man ( sorry we didn’t his name) were so awesome. We are from Ottawa and so appreciated them . If this is how you train your staff, bravo! They made your company proud. This happened on July 28 at about noon. Our car was a little grey Mazda. I hope this recognition gets to them and their manager. Thank you.

The cashier in the convenience store portion of this business was more interested in chewing her food while playing on her phone than she was helping the growing lineup of customers in front of her. Would not answer questions with any more than just a grunt, and overall was very rude. Upon leaving with my purchase, I noticed that both items were expired by over two months. obviously it’s just a gas station and you’re not going out of your way to buy from them, but I would avoid it all together unless you enjoy dealing with that type of uninterested customer service

New gas station with several pumps gas, diesel and propane. Generally lowest price gas in the immediate area (usually same as the Esso down the street). Only cheaper place in the area is Costco and no diesel there.

Terrible business to deal with. Service has really went downhill with the new ownershipWent into the store to purchase a few things and the person working was too busy on his cell phone to help. I had to ask if I was going to get any assistance so I can pay for my items and he responded with I know your standing there and he proceeded to look on his cell phone.I asked for the general mangers contact info and he said no. He claimed he was a manger but I’m doubtful of that due to his customer service.I left the items and will not be back. I will be visiting the Mac’s gas station/store just down the road.I also had a Neighbour purchase gas and paid at pump but did not receive a receipt because the pumps are always out of paper. She had the police show up at her door claiming this location called them and claimed she did not pay. She did indeed pay and showed her transaction on her online banking on her phone. The police apologized for the inconvenience.Beware of their location.

I tell them to help me out but the staff was unhelpful...my money diducted but i can't fuel it in my car.. something went wrong but staff not helping me...

Be careful pumping gas here. After pumping gas my gas level was the same, I just assumed the car did not read the level yet, but then I had to stop at another gas station literally 4 mins after and I pumped the same amount for the same price and got half a tank. I called and the worker did not really seem to care to look into it. There is another review about there pumps being rigged as well. Not cool at all with the crazy gas prices now days.

Buyers beware❗️❗️❗️ I am disappointed in this Shell station as the gas price is ALWAYS HIGHER than Esso, Husky & Petro Canda. First to raise prices & last to drop prices. Price difference is always .05 to .10 cents higher. Yesterday most stations were 1.47 to 1.50, this one was $1.55.9 then, instead of dropping again like gas & oil prices, it moved to $1.59.9. What the heck ???? The Shell Head office needs to look into this franchisee's practices. In difficult times, price gauging the public, like the grocery store, is obvious ❗️❗️❗️
