Well, I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with the seating situation at this here Starbucks joint. Specifically, that wooden one-piece chair in the corner was just about the most uncomfortable thing my backside has ever experienced. And don't even get me started on the black base on the window edge - it was like getting poked in the back by a porcupine! All in all, I think they could use some work on their design if they want to keep folks coming back. As for me, I reckon I'll be taking my caffeine cravings elsewhere from now on.

Take caution when going thru their drive thru if you are pressed for time. It should not take 40 minutes to go thru a drive thru. There were about 8 cars when I pulled in, I expected to wait but 40 minutes??!!! You can't exit the drive thru you are stuck in an obnoxiously slow line. It's just coffee!

Fresh coffee with a great menu selection. The staff are always friendly! Love the free birthday coffee! Our family love going there to spend time together and it is also a great place for business meetings. Starbucks is the best!

Your standard neighborhood Starbucks. Too bad sitting is not allowed but they service remains on par with before. Parking is awkward and limited, but seems to be mostly available regardless. During pre-COVID era, they used to have lost of college students; not anymore and I hope it returns back to normal soon.

I have been regularly coming to this Starbucks since August 2022 when I moved to the area. More recently, I have noticed consistent issues when visiting. I typically go through the drive through before work. On my last three visits (April 2022), the drive through lines have been extremely slow to the point where last time I was stuck in the line for OVER 15 minutes. When I finally got to the window, no one greeted or spoke to me for another five minutes before I finally received my order. I understand the morning busy rush but I have always gone at the same time and it had never been this slow. I actually ended up ten minutes late for work and was shocked that the line took that long to get through. I could see my order ready to go once I got to the window but everyone inside was busy and I didn’t get my order when I should have. Today, I planned on going through the drive through. The line was extremely long once again so I decided to go inside. I was able to place my order right away and waited around ten minutes to receive two drinks (one hot, one cold) and a breakfast sandwich. While waiting, I noticed the disorganization and mess in the store. The counters were covered in coffee ground and matcha powder. The individuals working seemed a little flustered. After I left I saw the same cars in the drive through with maybe two people having moved up. I’m not sure if it is the lack of staff working or the lack of proper training or organization but this Starbucks location has unfortunately gone downhill recently.

We asked for EXTRA caramel and showed them a photo of what we wanted because we wanted alot. They remade the drink three times and wrong every time. We even offered to help them with the amount of caramel to avoid this situation and they ignored us. Really dissatisfied,, we left with just a cup of caramel and whipped creams for 6 bucks. I don’t recommend this place. Do better and listen to your customers.
