Learn n' Play Childcare Centre

We've been very happy with our experience with Learn n' Play. Our kid is always excited to go to school and has great things to son when we pick him up. We love that food is included and appreciate how responsive the director is with any of our questions. We also love the pictures we get throughout the day:)

Absolutely amazing facility. Everything from the day to day structure, teachers, meals, Security features, design and layout is 5 star.I feel completely confident that my children are in great hands when dropping them off.I can’t say enough about the staff as well.My kids come home every day happy and raving about their day. Sometimes it’s hard to get them to leave.The owner and management are also very hands on and receptive and responsive to feedback and suggestions.There is also fast communication between teachers and parents through the app.100% would recommend this facility. You will not be disappointed!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Learn and Play. The staff is amazing, highly professional, knowledgeable and always available. I am very happy with their comprehensive learning program and with the daily activities they provide. The teachers are kind and my child is thrilled to go to daycare everyday. Just an awesome place and definitely my best experience with a childcare provider so far!

My child doesn't attend this school thankfully. However I have driven by / walked by many times. I have witnessed the children playing outside without coats in December. I have watched as 1 attendant with a stop sign ushered and rushed the kids along (however they were wandering all over the road) I didn't feel it was safe. Not enough adults around to keep them on the sidewalk. Accidents can happen in the blink of an eye. Another thing I found that truly disturbed me was that one adult was literally screaming at these little ones. Screaming so loudly I could hear what she was saying from the tim hortons drive through line. She was yelling at these poor little ones and it broke my heart. She was telling them to hurry up hurry up you're too slow. (there are far better ways to hurry" a child along) and using aggressive language she sounded like a banshee. This is all damaging to their mental health and psyche. I truly hope they have a change of staff or further training. If this was my baby I'd be heartbroken."

We have 3 children at this facility and we love it.All of the staff are exceptional and our kids have SO MUCH fun, but also learn so much.They have the most amazing staff who are incredibly kind and patient and they have great communication.We love the app where we get updates about our kids day and pictures as well.Lunch and afternoon snack are included and they send out the menu in advance, all meals are balanced and very nutritious.We would 100% recommend this facility and we can not say enough about the amazing care and early education all of our children are receiving.Thank you guys for being so amazing!

Love this daycare! We were hesitant sending our little one to daycare to begin with but the teachers were so welcoming. The manager Ms. Nataliia is so quick to reply when we have any concerns. My daughter loves going here, sometimes she doesn’t even want to come home.

We love love love this school! Our daughter is 3 and attends the preschool program. She looks forward to school everyday, and begs us to take her to school on days that she doesn’t go. Her teachers are amazing, they are kind and professional. The school itself is a great location, tidy and organized. They do a lot of activities, and is so proud when she brings them home with her. Highly recommend this school.

This is our first experience at a daycare and we have nothing but good things to say about Learn n' Play Childcare centre. The teachers are great and the management very responsive to any query. They use an app that allows us to keep tabs on what our son is up to during the day and I look forward to his pictures throughout the day. The food has been great and he gobbles it up. The hours are very reasonable for working parents and the kids get lots of outdoor time in addition to circle time, crafts and more! Oh and their COVID protocols have been great and I respect that they have been consistent through it all!

We have been very happy with our decision to put our child in their care. This has been our first experience with a daycare facility and we are really happy with the level of professionalism the staff has, and the quality of the activities they provide for the children. They have an app that they update throughout the day so you can see how your child is doing, which is so helpful. Management is always quick to respond to questions and they provide lunch which is an added benefit!

These are stressful times and it sure is amazing not to worry about my son thanks to Learn n' Play. The staff keep me updated every day through an easy to use app on how his day is going, how much he has eaten, how long each nap is and (my favourite part) even sends me pictures of him making art and playing outside with his friends. In 4 months I have yet to see a picture where he isn't smiling like he is having the time of his life! Sometimes seeing that smile is just the thing I need to get me through a tough morning. I am incredibly impressed at how much he has learned in such a short period of time and the care that everyone shows is truly remarkable! ❤
