Safe Self Storage - Brampton

Sent an email may 8th, as requested, and finally heard back today. Was told they will be dealing with the issues I mentioned, and a solution should be implemented very soon, which I appreciate. Customer service was great, and very appreciative of my concerns. Would recommend when solutions are implemented, as the customer service received was awesome both from the store, and their support line. -2 stars as waiting 8 days for a reply on such a serious issue was a lil much, and the issues I had. +3 due to the awesome service I ended up receiving over the phone, ease of setting up the account in the first place, and the customer service at the store.

Vik , did an amazing job signing me up remotely for the service and was very helpful facilitating the delivery of items from a cross province move. I am very pleased with the service at the Brampton location.

We have been dealing with this location for over 3yrs now and I have stayed this long with them because their staff is amazing, from the employees to the site manager to the regional manager, I like them all!I have always received excellent, professional assistance whenever needed. Ramon is truly an awesome site manager, very kind, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location, the facility it clean and well maintained.

The entire process was very easy and smooth. When I got there, I was greeted and taken care of very well. Everything was explained in detail. 10/10 recommend!

Safe Self Storage Brampton, staff was pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with, clearly outline rental information in brief and concise manner. The facility pricing was reasonable. Would be nice if the facility had card you can scan the gate.

Great and secure placeWe rent a unit for an month and they have a great costumer service since day 1 until we close our unit, always nice and attentive with manners, all employees are nice and helpful. We do recommend this place .And if we ever need a storage space without doubt, we will choose this place.Fair prices and good promotions.

Neat and clean facility with welcome staff. Vikas completed the paper work quickly and made the process alot easier as we were using the storage for first time.

The storage unit are very spacious and Very clean, the receptionist at the desk is extremely friendly an very open. I really appreciate the kindness they showed me an I will gladly recommend them to other incoming customers.
