I got my braces off! Awesome clinic the hygienist are amazing and the assistants are just as good. The front desk admins are quick with getting you in. And lastly i love my smile! 100% recommend!

Our experience with Docbraces has been nothing short of AMAZING!! We were provided with all available options and the information we needed to make the optimal decision. My teen felt comfortable from the very beginning and the progress she acheived from Invisilign in a short time was remarkable! Parul (office manager) always goes above and beyond to support us!

Dr Al Riyami is so knowledgeable and patient with me in answering all the questions I have. She really puts patients first. The staff team is also so friendly. I would always recommend people to come here. It’s conveniently connected to the Elginton subway station

Highly recommended! The stuff are pretty friendly and professional. They did the great job. My two daughters almost finished their three years treatment in here, very satisfied!

Absolutely terrible. Appointments are never available. My brother who used a different orthodontist started his treatment a year after me and finished a year before me because he could get an appointment whenever he wanted whereas I have to book 3-4 months ahead. The staff are kind but that doesn't matter when you are never able to get a booking. STAY AWAY!!!

Highly recommend this place as everyone in the clinic is professional, experienced & friendly. My 3 kids are being treated in the clinic. The office manager actively listens to any issues & provides immediate solutions. The clinical staff knows what they are doing. It's been a good experience for us.

My experience has been only positive from start to finish as a transfer patient. Busy office, but time and great care was shown to me by everyone. What I particularly liked was that the Orthodontist listened to me whenever I had a concern or issue, and tried to resolve as best as possible. The Treatment Coordinator and office staff were all friendly and highly responsive to email and phone requests; excellent customer service. Most importantly, I was happy with my final outcome at the end of my treatment. I would definitely recommend DocBraces to anyone: they’re affordable; results-driven; customer centric; and conveniently located throughout the city.

My experience with DocBraces Midtown has been entirely positive. The staff is so welcoming and attentive to your every need and concern. They have made the whole process of braces to retainer from start to finish entirely seamless. I would not have preferred anywhere for my orthodontic needs!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! WORST ORTHODONTIST OFFICE OUT THERE!Not only do they try to book you during the day (which as a student doesn’t work), schedule your appointments months between each other so you barely get treatment, but they don’t care about you as a customer. Not to mention having to chase them every month to get insurance statements.My experience here has been terrible. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes but it needs to get fixed ASAP.I would never in a million years ever recommend this place to even my worst enemies.Doc Braces, fix your establishment.
