Had an issue that was puzzling with an account. The teller was very nice an friendly with good analytical skills. She figured out the answer to my query and got the problem resolved in relatively short time. She was very happy to have been able to help me and I was very happy with the result.Great service. Sorry to see just a skeleton staff but better during this pandemic.

Terrible service. I had an issue with my credit card and they were of no assistance as well as follow up which I never received. I had to take the issue on myself and calling customer service over the phone and they were better assistance than this branch. I would not recommend scotia ever

Worst experience with a bank ever. I needed to close my account and get cash. They said they have only 1000$ which is less than what some people carry in their pocket!! They eventually gave me a draft and charged me 20$ as New Account Fee". I didn't open an account but they charged me as if I did just to help me completely make sure I will never get back to Scotia Bank at all. Terrible

I’d give 5 stars for their customer service, from their friendly bank tellers, security guard and financial advisor. I’d also give 5 stars for their products on offer. My partner and I were able to get sound advice and open up new accounts with our financial advisor, Attee. She was very knowledgeable and lovely to work with. Thrilled to make Scotiabank my new bank moving forward.

Great customer service. Professional bank tellers great security guard and financial advisor. I usually go to this bank every other week. Too bad they are not open on Saturday. I like this location because they are not that busy. It is a quick in and out.

Went to open account at this branch today. The person who helped me open the account doesn’t seem very experienced. He also typed my information wrong. Then the lady who set debit card password for me was not nice too. I didn’t feel welcomed as a new client. The Asian male teller was the only one that gave me good customer experience today.
