Our new family member is absolutely the best. Hands down the best experience adopting a new kitty. We made an appointment to come look and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your patience and our new addition. I will definitely be recommending anyone who is looking to adopt. I would like to especially thank the gal that helped us adopt Naomi (renamed her Honey.) (I'm sorry I didn't get your name.)

Their adoption department is great they love their jobs. We adopted 2 great puppies, we understood that they had to be nursed back to health when they received them when we got them they were happy fit puppies thank you again

Someone my family knows personally surrendered her dog (that she abused and neglected) and the same day turned around and adopted another dog and they allowed this.

Someone found a kitten at my work and called the humane society to get it before i got there. My family had been looking for a kitten since our cat had to be put down for medical reasons. I asked if i could just keep it since they showed up at the same time i found out about it. The lady said no they had to take it for 3-5 days until they can verify it doesn’t belong to anyone. Thats Fair. So, I Asked if i can get my name attached to it and in 3-5 days if they would call me and i can get him at that time. I was told no it doesn’t work like that i had to wait and hope i could get him before someone else does when he is available just to watch their website or Facebook. Ok i can do that. Then i was told i would have to pay a fee to get him out which i was told very’s from animal to animal. But would more then likely be $150 she didn’t know exactly but since the kitten was only around a couple months old (2-4) that would probably be the fee. So i have to pay for a kitten that was found that i would gladly take now and get it fixed and vet to look at incase it needs something and give him a home with my kids to play with, a bed and plenty of food. but instead have to wait and pay them. They are not out to help animals but to make money off of them. I will not call them about any animals i find there are better services that actually care. The people i talked to were rude and had an attitude with every question i asked very unprofessional. They make it really hard to want to even try to get the kitten out its not rescuing a kitten it’s buying a kitten that needed help they are no better then a breeder with no space to keep the animals. I know several people that i know have kittens and they would give them away free to good homes but this kitten needed a home and i was willing to help.

The place was very clean, the dogs' cages were clean, and the cats were sleeping. My 4 cats were adopted from the Humane Society. They range from 10 years to 11 months. What a great way to save animals and have a friend for life.

We just adopted Zeus and couldn't be happier.Crystal and Jaeden( sorry if spelling is wrong) we're so helpful and responsive to all my questions and constant visits. The volunteers I met were very loving to the dogs. This is an incredibly tough job and the staff and volunteers should be praised for their hard work!!

Recently had to put down my 17 year old best friend and the staff were very respectful and nice. Glad I got the ashes and paw print as well. They are lovely reminders of a wonderful Friend.

I am grateful that i was able to surrender two animals that i cared for.. I miss them dearly but I could not offer them the environment they deserved. Two beautiful male lab mix. Their mother stopped feeding at 4 weeks and they were going to die if someone did nothing. There was a christian vet group that came to town and thats where i was able to get them neutered and get them their shots and whatnot. I live on a reservation and most don't know how to care for pets and say their just dogs. I am on a fixed income and sacrificed to just buy them puppy food. Please donate if you can so these folks can continue to care for these pets. They have done nothing wrong and deserve a chance at a better life.
