She took the time to explain everything there is to know about the different grades, cuts and levels of purity, with no pressure whatsoever. We settled for a phenomenal engagement ring, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.Ps: She said yes (lol)

I went to have a watch adjusted, ended up having to come back to have it re-adjusted to my liking for no additional charges. Very nice staff and very accommodating.

As I was just passing by the store 4 years ago, I ended up liking, inquiring and deciding to buy an amazing watch with a very competitive price, that I still have until today. The service was great so great that I went back to change the battery (yes only once in 4 years). I can’t thank enough the staff for their professionalism, and their care. We socialized a bit when I first bought the watch, and went I went back, they just remembered me and my stories, it’s just an incredible customer service experience.

Nothing but compliments from friends and strangers on the setting of a stone pendant. And the ring I never liked has been redesigned into a thing of elegance. What a pleasure!

This is one of those businesses with zero concept of customer service. I will NEVER give them business again. Aside from poor service and mediocre selection and pricing, instead of providing pricing, they made seceral repairs I didn't authorize, for which they were unapologetic and charged me full price. Of course, I had no recourse since my jewlwellery was in their care... Terrible!

Asked to get a watch battery changed. Have had it done many many times before, takes 5 min max. Guy took the watch and said no problem. 15min later he said he doesn't have the machine" to close the watch case. Took 3 hours for him to get "the machine". While waiting I kept asking the other employees to call him to give me my watch back cause I didn't want to wait around but he wasn't picking up his cell. First and last time bringing anything of mine here."

CROOKS! my in-laws from out of town were charged $25 for the same product found at The Bay for $6.95. they went back for a return and was told no refund only credit note even though they are from the usa. when i went back to try to get a refund for them, the owner REFUSED. when i advised him that he is charging 4 TIMES HIGHER for the identical product he told me HE CAN CHARGE WHATEVER HE WANTS. he proceeded to dismiss me and ignore me. the fact is St. Georges EXAGGERATES ON THEIR PRICES. when you find out you've been overcharged and ask for a refund they treat you like a vagrant. go anywhere else but this old school mentality mom & pop flea market.
