I had the best experience with this company which exceeded all my expectations. They are not on the best Basement Renovation Company in west and North Vancouver, but the best in Building Design renovations in west and North Vancouver. They are superbly hygienic, neat and tidy in their work apart from being excellent craftsmen. They advised me in every possible way to achieve my dream design which I wanted for my house. Their work shows their efficiency and creativity. Way to go Versailles Building + Design.

We worked well with Versailles and the able team doing a major renovation to a 32 year old condo. The company has a good relationship with suppliers in the industry and Jeffrey is very organized in terms of getting permits with City of Vancouver.The Versailles team are very cordial and good about making sure the site is clean at the end of each day. Workmanship is done to a high standard with Jeffrey attentive to detail. We had our own designer who Jeffrey worked with very successfully. Finally, we received regular monthly reports itemizing expenses incurred.I would not hesitate to recommend Versailles and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Jeff and his team have done a lot of work for me over the last many years, both for my business and my personal property.
