Wait times to resolve anything in branch are horrendous. Been in line for over an hour every time I have to come. Seems like Manager keeps his door closed and never deals with the horrendous wit times. Why do they never have enough tellers. And when you go to counter they say call customer service. Oh btw customer service told me to go to branch who is the person incorrect on dealing with issues they caused on removing money from my 7 year olds account for a mortgage renewal simply messed up on both ends and still dealing with it months later. My recommendation do not use RBC Devon plaza until they resolve the issues.

This branch is not good. During a Friday afternoon with a lineup out the door the manager decides to have a long personal conversation that blocks up one of the widgets. The entire branch now knows she is Persian. Very slow service and timelines are not met. I will be moving our business away from RBC.

Unprofessional employees and can be zero star . Every employee or teller deals with you as what he knows not what codes has to follow. I have been dealing with this branch since September 2021 and every months I get my pay cheque which I deposit in person . For the first three months they used to release about 30 to 50% of my cheque . Today they said I’m new customer with the bank and they can release only $100 out of my $5022 cheque . That does not make a sense to tell me that I’m new customer when I started my account with you for the last 17 months and I have my cheques deposited monthly and I have preauthorized payments that never declined .I requested the talk to the manger who told me that I’m a new customer and my history shows that I’m only a customer since three months with the bank . It looks they are unprofessional. I had to my TD bank who released my cheque on the spot though when I started business with RBC I hardly visited my old TD bank .I would not waste time to give business to this RBC bank . They wasted my time and made me to look very bad as if I’m doing a fraud in front of other clients waiting on the line . Even my 12 years old kid was with me due to off school day and I had not to leave him alone at home , was waiting in the lobby told me why the security they kept looking at you when you were on the counter ?This is very bad and I don’t like to do business again with this bank who acted as trainee and unprofessional people

I went there because someone hacked my account for 80 and they had been taking it for awhile and the only way I could stop it was to get rid of the account and then start up a new account. The guy that helped me with it I cant thank him enough he set it up for me really fast and he was very nice and friendly to work with id just like to thank RBC for having staff like that that really help people he should be commended for the excellent job he did for me im sorry I can't remember your name but I'm sure if u ever read this that u will remember me Ronald J Ryan thank u again for a job well done RJR

I had an amazing experience with Firdovsi Hamidov. I shared my issue with Firdovsi and he thoroughly explained it and easily solved my problem. All my questions were answered. The communication was amazing and he is very professional, friendly, and happy to help. Glad I'm with the Firdovsi and RBC.He can speaks, many languages such as Turkish, Azerbaijani etc. if you want to get a good service you may work with him.

The only reason I am giving this bank 3 stars is for the branch manager Karyn, and bank advisor, Jessica. They were fabulous and deserve recgonition. They actually understood and cared for my issue as it was VERY frustrating. However, people on the phones evidently have no idea whats going on due to being transferred around 3 times on all 3 days i have tried to get in contact with someone continuously sending me to the wrong department after waiting for 2.5 hours! I scheduled a call and very clearly stated which department i needed and requested they are SURE that the next person i talk to will help me and NOT transfer me again to someone in the wrong department. Suggesting maybe a company wide email stating which department numbers are accurate.

This was the first time visiting this location, and especially on a Saturday. I will definitely be coming back if needed, considering that I live in Amherstburg; and our branch is not open on Saturday. I received the best service from the teller who served me and I did not get his name. He was the nicest and most helpful person I have come in contact with. I hope he gets a raise or employee of the year, just from the wondering experience; and the kindness he showed. My transit number us 07942, and the time was 13:38:26. Thank you kindly

We were recommended RBC and this branch in particular by our real estate agent.Being first time home buyers we were eager to learn the process and excited to get the ball rolling. Our initial appointment went great. Our specialist was eager to help us learn and explained everything in great detail, as well as answered every question we had. It was explained to us that there was a $1700 incentive for first time buyers through RBC. The terms stating that the mortgage must be submitted by a certain date, and the mortgage holder must open an RBC checking account. We obviously agreed.The service stopped there. Communication, if any at all from there on out was a challenge. Constant phone tag and messages with no response.Our mortgage was approved weeks before the deadline for the $1700 incentive. Through a trail of missed calls and emails with no answer, RBC failed to submit any of the paperwork until after this deadline. We were then told that we missed out on the incentive and there was nothing they could do.Another meeting was scheduled and we were offered an iPad as compensation IF we opened up a bank account and agreed to keep said bank account open for 12 months (the charge for this account was roughly $15 a month) We denied and after what felt like pulling teeth ended up getting a few hundred dollars as an “apology” of some sorts.Extremely disappointed with this branch. We will be taking our future business elsewhere.

Been coming here for many years, but I’m not sure what happened to this branch. Super rude employees that help you get nothing done. Not to mention the security guard who’s taking his job too seriously.
