RBC Royal Bank

I've been to this bank 3 times and every time has been a HUGE hassle. The incompetence with some of the employees is unbelievable!!! I've never been to a bank that employed such people!!! I'm thinking of taking my money elsewhere.....On another note - my 2 stars are for a young gentleman that IS decent. I didn't catch his name but he looked to be in his mid-twenties with dark longer hair.

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning matter regarding the unprofessional conduct exhibited by one of your bank staff members. I recently had an unpleasant experience at your RBC 719 mountain road branch, which has left me greatly disturbed and disappointed.I visited the branch to carry out a routine transaction. I was assisted by an employee JEROME ,However, throughout the interaction, his behavior was highly inappropriate and completely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to uphold the standards of customer service expected from a bank employee, but they also made repeated advances and inappropriate commentsI firmly believe that it is imperative for financial institutions such as yours to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all customers.

A horrible banking experience ever across Canada and the US. Her lack of knowledge about her job was amazing while her attitude was disgusting. The branch manager was willingly trying to deceive a client to excuse his staff’s unfair treatment of the client by evil pun.Shamefully disgusting you are, educate yourself and be a person.

Arrived at the bank at 3:30 to pay out a mortgage for a client following the sale of their house this afternoon. Bank closes now at 4. At 3:32 I was told by a security guard that they closed at 4:00 and I could not get in line. Apparently it was not his problem" if it needed paid today. Refused to even let me get in line to see a teller or pay out the account as required."

I do not bank with RBC, but all I wanted was to give $35 for a roll of loonies and a roll of quarters to wash my clothes at a laundromat as my bank next door was closed. After waiting 10 minutes in line, they refused because I don't have an account with them. I was a customer years ago and this reminded me why I left them. Terrible service.

While waiting in line to deal with the aftermath of two previous encounters with RBC teller. Witnessed degree of customer service incompetence that literally saved me from ever being an RBC client.Uninformed, untrained, unmotivated, arrogant and rude. No thank you.*side note: also saw one person give great customer service, but if you don't get her, you're probably going to have to get some error fixed and pay service charges for their mistake.So, do yourselves a favour and just don't use RBC.

The lack of training the employees have shines at this location. They are all lost and questionning eachother over simple things. Ive been standing in line for 30 minutes. Unacceptable in my opinion. Came here to withdraw money. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Hard to believe im trusting these slow, unknowledged people with my money and banking affairs

Might be the worst Canadian bank. The information is not clear even by phone, as a consequence they waste time, money and I an hour of my day.

I highly discourage anyone dealing with RBC for anything. Worst financial institution I have ever dealt with!! Over paid a car loan by $2696 in person at a location and 3 weeks later they still haven’t processed the cheque and are still taking loan payments out of my bank account!! Absolutely incompetent organization. The people seem nice though.
