Simply Computing - Apple Specialist

I have bought 3 computers here over the years, and I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service and willingness of the staff to go the extra mile to help customers. For my last computer, Apple Specialist, Uma spent hours with me helping me comparing prices and specs. In the end I was very happy not to have gone with a big box electronics store instead and as a bonus I was able to support a local businesses too. 5/5

Great place! Repeat customer! Staff are always helpful and they won’t try to sell you something you don’t need and they’ll actually try to fix your vintage (2014) mac laptop if they can versus just trying to get you to buy a new one! I bought a preowned Mac laptop there in 2016 and it worked perfectly and only had to bring it in this year as it stopped working and they were able to trouble shoot and get it going and reset it and only charged me $40! And he said if it didn’t work he wouldn’t charge me and I could choose the $79 test next which I was ok with also - considering I was worried I would need a new computer I left so happy! It’s the only place I’ll go to get my next computer or for any accessories, plugs etc as they have a great selection! As a woman with so so computer knowledge, I trust their help and advice.

We’ve been using them regularly since we opened in 2011 - recently, we had a hard drive failure on our ancient accounting computer…the lovely folks here completely set us up and got us back up and running within a couple of days! Super grateful!They also have a wonderful selection of older refurbished macs at fantastic prices if you need something for fairly basic tasks and don’t want to spend 2k!

My experience was BETTER than fantastic! I walked in (no appointment) and was seen immediately, receiving the kindest help from Blaine. Within moments, he figured out the issue I was having with my new iPhone 14, and he solved it! If I could rate this experience with a 10 out of 5, I'd do that! The BEST! Thank you!

Simply Computing rescued me effectively, efficiently and warmly. My Mac Powerbook failed 48 hours before I needed to fly to Asia for work, where I was leading a four day meeting for nine governments. The Apple Store couldn't have cared less, not even when I tried to buy a new computer (model not in stock). Otto Liang was immediately engaged and keen to help. They couldn't repair things in one day either but they could certainly help with a new computer. They also transferred the contents of my computer overnight to the new one, and had everything working reliably within 18 hours of me first coming to the shop. I loved the can do" attitude and Otto's understanding of my anxiety levels."

I received amazing customer service and expertise from Jonathan (apple specialist) on a recent repair to my iMac. I was blown away at how excellent and patient Jonathan was at troubleshooting and how quickly the service technician repaired my iMac. Thank you so much Jonathan and team! I highly recommend this store - they are true professionals!

Great experience at Simply Computing! Loved not having to wait in a crowded room. The person that looked after me was very helpful and knowledgable and when they needed help they asked for it and the manager came right over. When I came and picked up my laptop the same person came over to make sure everything was good to go. Thanks to a great team!

I never go to an Apple Store. Simply computing is small and personal and they have every product I need. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. I have been dealing with them for years, and my latest helper was Navneet and she was terrific. I traded in my IPhone for an in store credit, but used it up immediately by buying a new Mac. Thank you all
