We recently engaged Lancaster to do a custom walk-in front hall closet for our new home. From the first interactions with Irena to the installation, we've had nothing but the best customer service and product quality we could have asked for. We were so happy with the result, we engaged Lancaster again to finish all custom units in the entire house. I highly recommend working with Irena - she will take care of you and knows her stuff.

We had a built-in armoire custom made with a combination of mirrored doors and drawers to accommodate clothing and accessories (shoes/bags/jewellery). Irena helped us finalize the design and Lancaster fabricated and installed the piece. It turned out exactly as we wanted it. The quality is amazing and it has given us so much storage.

Our experience with Lancaster has been excellent from design through execution! Irena Calvo was our designer and really took ownership of our project. The installers, and particularly Iago, were meticulous. We are in love with our new kitchen!

Hello, I wanted to provide you with feedback on the recent design and installation of my entertainment wall unit and the built in closets for my master bedroom and hall closet. We worked with Vlad from the beginning of our project, from our initial concepts to the final install Vlad was exceptional to work with. We were undertaking a large custom house build with a lot of cabinetry, so it was a big project. His ability to quickly create visuals in 3D software to help us picture our concepts to his own design ideas, his input was invaluable. Vlad personally went out to source the wood for our kitchen to ensure that each piece of white oak was up to standard. He met us at the paint shop to ensure we were able to see the samples in different lights before they went into production and was onsite during the install to ensure everything went smoothly. Vlad was so patient, was available for skype calls when we weren’t sure about something or needed some advice, he would quickly mockup something in his software and send it over to us to help us make decisions- he truly went above and beyond to ensure our project was a success. I can’t say enough great things about our experience….thank you Vlad!

We worked with Lancaster and their Creative Designer & Sale Director, Santina, to create a custom island in our kitchen, built-in desk, and front foyer closet. We were impressed with their attention to detail and ability to bring our vision to life. Santina was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the design process. She listened to our ideas and provided valuable suggestions. We highly recommend Santina and Lancaster for anyone looking for custom cabinets and exceptional customer service.

HAPPY CUSTOMER - Custom Cabinets & Murphy Bed.- Appointment Debbie accommodated our schedules to see the showroom as we lived downtown and it was difficult to make it up on business hours.- Design - My husband is in a wheelchair and our downtown condo is tiny every detail was taken into consideration for the design to make his life easier to access and use, but to utilize space very well. (Toronto real estate is $1000+ sq ft, you need to make every foot count.)- They showed up on time for every appointment, measurements, install etc.- Design Review - They seriously do not miss a detail, it was very thorough and precise.- Date Commitments - On time, they started when they said they would start and they ended when they started..........I was in the mist of a full condo renovation - They were the ONLY contractor/ supplier that was on time.- Communication - I never was chasing them for updates, I was always notified about every step by Debbie.- The install staff was extremely respectful and cleaned up each day.- Our downtown condo is only 450 sq ft, they knew how every inch matter to me, I bought 100 hangers after it was installed, I have used them all and I still have room for more - WOW!!!I was so stressed out from our other contractors, I wish they all could have been as easy as Lancaster to deal with, it was so effortless with them. I will be a customer for life.
