Ercilia Daoud est une des pires agente que j'ai croisé. Elle fait des demandes de visite et ne se présente jamais. Elle nous l'a fait à 2 reprises et si elle se présente elle est en retard. Ne lui faites pas confiance. Bravo d'employer des personnes aussi incompétente.

Do they really have the client at heart,I believe not .After speaking with a friend who was their client it seems they over priced their place, then came in with low bidders even below evaluation,then say that is a fair market price.Do they know their business? Or gettingp to buy low and maybe flip , procede with eyes wide open is my suggestion.

The best Agency ever I dealt with especially with Caroline Wissa .She was so good punctual honest and professional in her work and follow up and more importantly is the sincerity since she will not allow you to purchase or sell a property if it is not in your favor and if she is not convinced.Just to say these guys are not after money and commission rather than professional business and they always look for a long relation with their customers.
