I purchased this bag from MCM this was my first experience at this store and i think they are much better than other stores because there service was great also they give you nice wrapping as well also i remember it was my birthday that day they gave me small complimentary gift as well with purchase will visit them again

I love the MCM product and recently purchased a cross body bag from Dante, who could not have been more helpful. The other day I took a friend from out of town in to see the store and Dante again made our experience so enjoyable. My friend bought a beautiful bag and went home very happy.

Dante is an incredible salesman! He goes above his customers needs, and is such a great help, he is very polite and makes walking into mcm feel comfortable, he always opens the door for you and walks you out! Whenever you visit mcm make sure to ask for Dante, he won’t disappoint!

I’m so glad I decided to stop by MCM. I initially stopped by just to browse because I was in need of a new wallet and bag, but after speaking with Vicky, I was amazed at her service. After discussing the different pros associated with the different products, she helped me choose one that was best suited for me, very grateful!

MCM is one of my fave brands. I have been shopping at the Toronto store since it opened, with Dante. He is very professional and always helps when I need something. My last two purchases this month were done via text and phone and the packages arrived at my place within 2 days. Very smooth, convenient transactions. Great customer service & high quality products. Looking forward to my next purchase already!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at the MCM Toronto store. Staff are friendly and nonjudgmental, Dante went out of his way to assist my mother and I in finding exactly what we were looking for on both our visits. Both Dante and the manager Alan are both very nice people. I would recommend visiting here if you are looking for a quality product, and quality service!
