Grace Nails

Me and my friend came here as a walk in appointment. Got in right away which was good. At first, I was with the guy who I believe is the owner and then half way through the appointment he asked me and my friend to switch artists which I’ve never had before but not a big deal. My nails turned out just fine from the girl who did them. However, my friends nails looked horrific. She first asked for French tip nails but had previously had a different colour (light pink) powder underneath. She asked the guy doing her nails if the colour he was going to put on top would cover and he assured her that it would. He then proceeded to put 10 coats of a different colour making the nails chunky and bumpy. She hated the way it looked and asked for plain white with sparkles on top, he removed the other polish and put the white one but was using a very empty bottle and uneven brush strokes, making the polish once again look chunky and bumpy. He finished her nails and she was very obviously disappointed and asked the girl who did my nails to try and fix the shaping as the tips of the nails were all at different angles and were chunky. She did her best to fix them but she still didn’t like them, so we asked what the best option was between should she take them off completely or if she should re-apply the polish. At this point, the salon was already closed so we didn’t want to keep anyone there longer than they already had been. We were then yelled at by who we think is the owner saying that we were in the wrong when we were not. He told us to come back the next day and so we did, he took off her old nails and did a full set. The shaping this time was fine however the tips were still all at angles. He attempted to do French tips and once again, the polish was bumpy and there were uneven brush strokes. She then asked him to take the french tip off and just use the transparent pink polish so he did. The clear polish still looks unfinished and 2 days after getting them done, her thumb nail cracked. Terrible customer service from the believed owner however the only thing he didcorrect was compensate her properly. Don’t waste your time here. UPDATE - her nail broke off when she was opening a box. He also cut her cuticle and the cut is now infected. Clearly they don’t clean their tools inbetweeen each customer.Another nail broke 1 week after she got them done.

Man who appeared to be owner was rushed. Sloppy job with manicure. I was uncomfortable for manicure, he sat on my side and I had to reach over. He didn't have me sit at a manicure desk but stayed in the pedicure chair the full time. Didn't fully file or clip nails. I had to ask him to recut nails on toes they were crooked. Was not offered any tea. Good thing it was only $50.

My wife had her nails done by Mike. He did an excellent job. The shop is owned by his wife Grace. Found out Mike was an electrician working in the oil patch and Grace taught Mike how to do nails on his week off.This was our first time coming here. We were walk-ins after a bad experience at Regal (see my review there).While my wife was getting her nails done I got my first ever pedicure done by Yuki. Have to say I would have another pedicure again. I though a pedicure was just done on your feet but they massage your feet and calves too. I felt so pampered and relaxed.

I had the best spa pedicure by Lia. It was absolutely amazing. Staff is very friendly.

Today my daughters brought me here for the best luxury pedicure I have ever had. My girl Annie was so amazing that I vow to come back at least once a month.I am so happy that I am writing this review from my Pepsi chair. Thank you Annie for making my pedicure and Mother’s Day so special.Both of my daughters also had excellent experiences but I’ll leave that for them to review.

Love the staff! They are all very talented, patient, kind, and pay very close attention to detail! Most definitely a returning client!

I’m really sad to say that I spent over two hours for a pedicure here, we ended up being an hour late for my best friends bachelorette party and I feel the job was not done very well considering how long it took. Then I was disappointed that the $30 pedicure promotion in the window didn’t apply to shellac and still paid full price (nearly double) I just don’t feel that I received the service that I paid for and will have to get it redone when I return home.

Went as a walk in with my sister. I got acrylic nails done and she got a pedicure. Really great service. I got the owner who did my nails, he was very meticulous and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will be coming back again!

0 stars. Very unpleasant experience. Will sadly never return though it's very close and convenient to me. I booked two pedicures for a friend and myself about a week in advance. We were sitting side by side but the service we each got was like night and day. My pedicure was done by Papa Mike, the owner's husband. My friend's pedicure was done by his daughter. My pedicure was done in about 15 minutes while my friend's pedicure took about 2 hours. Mike was going so fast through my pedicure that it seemed like he was stressed. He was rough when clipping my toenails and it made me visibly wince. But of course I didn't say anything in the moment. However, as I was sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting for my friend who was getting a luxurious treatment, I started asking questions about the obvious differences between our two pedicures. Mine was much less thorough than previous pedicures I've had with regards to removing rough skin. I noticed he did not put on a base coat or a top coat. I probably would not have realized this except that I was sitting there watching my friend get those steps done. His daughter denied and refuted all my queries and statements as if nothing was wrong. Yet the difference was plainly obvious to both my friend and I. I asked to be charged a lesser price and they refused. I had been so looking forward to this time as a relaxing break, which it should have been but was quite the opposite. It was even awkward for my friend who got the luxurious treatment. He could easily have spent more time because there was no one else in the shop at that time. Then a walk-in came in half an hour before they closed and he made himself available to do that pedicure. Meanwhile I was still just sitting there waiting for my friend and feeling very embarrassed and rejected while she got pampered and I got ignored. We both paid the same price.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the service I received today. The place feels cozy and the plants at the entrance are absolutely stunning. The stuff are very friendly, and the lady who gave me the pedicure was meticulous and ever so careful with my broken toe nail. She also gave me a fantastic foot/leg massage. Thank you again!
