Worst shipping policy ever - can’t alter order after placing it

Been buying from Roots for years, great quality, but the prices are a bit too much nowadays, customer appreciation benefits aren't great either. This particular location left a bad taste, just felt really uncomfortable. Employees/management weren't very professional or genuinely friendly. You could also see just how displeased they were if you were just browsing, a bit pushy, maybe two faced. Maybe it wasn't a good day for them but I don't think I'm going back to this store ever again.

Great attitude on the staff at this location, great quality on the clothes but man those prices. I love their clothes even more if the prices were not so high.

I've always loved Roots quality of clothing and the prices are right on par with other stores selling the same quality of items. Service has always been fast and efficient. I've been shopping there for 25 years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
