Overall, the experience was good. The technicians were friendly and Dr. Yau was nice. I have to say something about the wait, though. My appointment was for 11:30. I was not led to a room until 12:30. Of course, even in a room, I waited a bit more for Dr. Yau. As always, the consultation was much shorter than the wait. Good to hear my eyes are stable. When I opted to go for a laser procedure for my right eye, it went pretty quick and painless. Only wish the wait could be shorter.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rabinovitch for many years and he has taken very good care of me. He has explained every treatment very well. Understanding that he and the clinic is very busy it's unfortunate that the best wait time I have experienced is 2 hours from arrival to examination, while the worst visit was a wait time of 5 hours. I'd say the average time has been about 3 hours. Informing patients of average wait times would be helpful so they can plan transport, time off work, etc, more readily. Overall 5 stars for the Doc and the staff.

I had 2 appointments scheduled at this clinic and I have to say never again. What a disappointment. On my fist appointment the admin crew was rude. I stood there for a good 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I was then missed informed about the testing that I was going to get done. What they told me over the phone, was not what happened. Then, they collected payment from me $120 just so they could later tell me the machine was not working. Then, went for my second appointment to see Dr. Haas. My appointment was at 10 am. When I arrived the receptionist again wanted to collect payment from me($120) clearly she was not aware I had already paid. Then, I waited 1hr and 30 min to see the dr. During this time, I inquired how long I needed to wait just to hear we are very busy

Dr. Der is amazing! I have been going to him for many years. He is very knowledgeable and always explains everything and puts me at ease. Would highly recommend him :)

The eye associate practise is very friendly and efficient. They are always expanding and implementing new ways to speed up the wait process time and help manoeuvre station transitioning

I have received an excellent level of care at North Toronto Eye Care. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Parking can be difficult as there are a limited number of spots on site. Construction on Finch add to the commuting issues. Give extra time to get to the appointment and ensure that you have at least two hours available for your appointment -- it is not a quick in and out if you are seeing a doctor.

I'm very thankful to have found Dr Tran Le for my eye cataract surgery. She has given back the clearest vision of all time andalso thanks to her whole team of nurses, exam tech and the frontreception people. They were very professional and hospitable.

I was given a good easy to understand explanation of what will happen when my own lens is replaced. I was disappointed that, with a pacemaker I consider successful, I could not get a quicker surgery in a teaching situation, but I understand. The questions they asked me made me realize I really mattered as a person. Throughout the whole clinic, I was not treated as an assembly line number. Everyone was businesslike, but also very nice.You were good to my father in about. 1996. I remember Dr. Rabinovitch saying his falls were not caused by eyesight and looking at me meaningfully. His MD had foolishly not told us it was Parkinson's. To be blunt, you already had my trust before I also needed you.

Great clinic. Very organized and coordinated The technician doing tests was thorough and professional. As always Dr Le ‘s skills, expertise and professionalism make her the best opthalmologist around. She readily shares information and is open to answering any concerns the patient may have I recently had cataract surgeries on both eyes and so far great results. Thank you Dr Le .

I felt very welcomed. She is really professional and knowledgeable. Very good nurse. I gave 5 out of 5 for the doctor and nurse but for the waiting is Les the 1. My appt was for 2:20 pm and i was seen by the doctor after 4:30pm, very disappointing.
