Bonneville - Pre-engineered Homes

We bought a home with the help of Margaret Napierala. She has helped us every step of the way, even when her sales role was essentially over. We simply can't thank her enough for all the time and honest advice she gave us!

What a wonderful experience so far and what a beautiful home the Xenia is! Over the past weeks, I’ve been in contact with the sales teams at Bonneville Homes and I am am delighted to share those very positive experiences. I visited Sylvain at the Gatineau sales office first and he was a very helpful and enthusiastic gentleman. It was actually because of Sylvain that I decided on the Xenia. Once that was decided, I spoke with and shared very enjoyable zoom calls with Margaret at the Barrie sales office. Buying a home is a difficult process and Margaret was the perfect guide through it all. Clear, knowledgeable help was provided at every step on the way.Kudos to the Bonneville staff.Marco

Bonneville Homes , sells a beautiful modern, well made house design. They are a Quebec based company. We purchased the home from the Shanty Bay office. Randie and Margaret, made the experience a pleasant one. They are very attentive, and quick to respond to all our needs in a timely manner. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers needs in ontario are satisfied. Thank you both, and especially for getting us the extra set of stairs at the last minute , well done.

Great company to work with. Very helpful with every step. Knowledgeable with all their models. The sales force Randie and Margaret all very nice and very fun to work with with lots of information.House is almost ready to be installed and the process was fairly easy. Just the typical building issue these days.

Upon arrival at the Bonneville sales pavillion i was greeted by the receptionist Randie who i found unknowable and inappropriately dressed, i was not impressed as a potential customer with my initial contact.

My Fiance and I are tearing down our existing modular home and rebuilding. We live just outside of Barrie, and we stopped into Bonneville. I have to say, it was such a pleasurable experience! We did not know what to expect, as we had not heard of Bonneville Homes before, the staff was so friendly and helpful, they answered all our questions. I was blown away by the models especially the designs on their website, and the longevity of a family owned Canadian Company! You don't see that very often any more. We are so excited for our next steps!

This is our 2nd Home with Bonneville Homes .First was the St-Come and now expecting the Kabinn in July. Bonneville Sales and Designers went over and above to help us and were always there to answer and explain anything we didnt understand.
