Ivan has been very patient and helpful to me and my family. At first, I was just asking about ways to save Capital Gain tax for my rental properties (which they have successfully saved over 600k for me), but turned out I actually had lots of other financial areas that can be done way better than my then-existing plan. Only wish I met Ivan and this team earlier.
