Trafalgar Professional Centre X-Ray & Ultrasound

I see people leaving terrible reviews but I had the complete opposite experience. I went at 5:15 pm the lady at reception was so kind and checked my son in right away. We were seen in less than 5 mins for an X-ray and we left shortly after. Our X-ray tech was also super nice and kind.

Went in December for an x ray and ultra sound as referred by my sports doctor. Appointment was at 1:40 and was able to get in well ahead of time when I showed up. They did the ultrasound but didn’t realize I was supposed to also get an x ray. Due to this confusion I sat in the waiting room waiting for an x ray until about 2:30 when I finally asked how much longer and was told it would be another 20 min. I had prior commitments and needed to be out there about 30 min ago. The ultra sound was all I needed realistically. On my drive home I got a call stating I needed to come back for an x ray as that’s what was also request in order to be sent back to my Physio. I ended going back the following week and got the x ray no problem. X ray went to my Physio within the week however it is now jan 26th well over a month and still have not had my ultrasound sent over. I have been calling for about 4 weeks now and no one is answering the phone. Finally did get hold of someone last week who was quite rude to me and said it would be sent over. Called my Physio office and nothing has been sent. Tried calling today and again nothing. Do not recommend going to this location and find it hard to believe lines are busy consistently.

They are so nice, very welcoming and professional staff plus the center is very clean and neat. The ultrasound technician Mai is amazing and very proffesional

They keep changing their hours. I phoned a few weeks ago and was told they are open at 8am for xrays. So last night I spent a few hours up late pre-recording the first hour of the class I'm supposed to teach today at 8am. I double-checked the hours on the web site around 7:30 before I left. I showed up at 7:50 for my xray (they do walk-in only). The receptionist told me they don't do xrays until 9am. I asked what their hours would be in February and she said she had no idea. So, they don't know their own hours?? I'm pretty mad that I wasted time and lost sleep but at least I can sit here at home until 9am and sip coffee and be exhausted and mad about it, while I try to find a place to get an xray that's not completely clueless (probably not a good idea to put your health in the care of people that don't know how scheduling works?)

I do not recommend this place if you are a mom to be. They will not give you a print out photo of the baby. They are also extremely rude, and unprofessional had a terrible experience here as they do not take their jobs seriously and was rude to me and my boyfriend. The person performing my ultrasound was extremely hard to understand and rushed through the whole process. I never been somewhere so unprofessional they should honestly be shut down from how many bad reviews I’ve read this has happened to multiple people and it’s upsetting.

Terrible staff. Receptionist is the worst. Extremely rude, unhelpful and uncaring. I don't think the staff here understand that they are supposed to be providing a very important medical service. They don't take their jobs seriously at all. I've been trying to come here for an appointment for 6 months due to their inability to schedule me in for a 5 minute appointment. And today was probably the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. They called me 2 hours before my appointment to say that it's been cancelled! No good explanation and when I explain why I've already reschedule many times and can't reschedule again because I'm going away, she says she'll call back about my appointment. She never called back and I tried calling their location many times. No surprise - nobody picked up the phone. Extremely disappointed with this service. This location should just shut down.

Had to come twice with full bladder. First time walking in they didn't let me . Second time I had apt late 2 min they said you are late and then I had problem emailing them for 10 min so that took around 14 min of my apt time . She rescheduled after 2 weeks . Like people have time to come with full bladder everyday! Told her I could wait she said no its full even though when I entered there was couple people. Great now we have to wait months for our health .

Wonderful service for my mammogram. John, the Manager and Sarah the technician and the other Sarah the receptionist. I strongly recommend this clinic. Everything was on time and the people were all empathetic and friendly.

Staff and employees have a terrible attitude and are very rude to patients! They will talk about you poorly even when you’re sitting in the same room.
